There are two bedrooms that are tastefully decorated with stylish updating. The main bedroom has vaulted ceilings and a direct access patio with mountain views, along with a walk in closet.
Walking distance to everything!
Must be 25 or older to reserve this property.
The Space:
The space is spacious, with an oversized primary bedroom with huge shiplap ceilings, a large walk-in closet, and a private patio to look at the hills over a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while watching the sunset. There is also an oversized living room and a private front patio and entrance. The kid's bedroom is small, but the home overall is a great size for a two-bedroom home in Avalon.
Walk to the golf course, downtown or to shop or eat. This unit has it all at a reasonable price.

Registered guests are the only ones permitted to stay. No pets
The Neighborhood:
Avalon Flats is where people on vacation want to be. It is walking distance to everything. You won't need a cart, but a golf cart rental is a short walk away.

Catalina with a Modern Twist
This remodel was done very nicely the whole building seemed to turn out very nicely. This particular unit is located on the upstairs portion of the building, and the entrance is through the back alley. The location is fair, as it is in the back corner of the town flat, so everything is walking distance. The property manager is wonderful, and accommodated any requests that we had such as an early check-in. The price was a little steep for Catalina rentals, but this property is one of the first on the island to have these luxury amenities and design, and can also depend on the season and current demand on the island. Overall a great stay and wonderful location.
