We are taking extra precautions to keep our property extra clean for travelers.

One 6-seat golf cart with seat belts
Staircase to 2nd floor is located outside house.

The house was originally built and rented as a duplex. To make it more comfortable
for extended families we changed the description. It is now a 5 bedroom, 3 bath house
with 2 kitchens, living rooms and a large upper deck. And 1 golf cart that seats 6.

This comfortable, Well-appointed Duplex is close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

Perfect family getaway one block from all Catalina has to offer.

Per city ordinance, quiet hours are between 10pm-8am. Children must never be left without adults on deck. Overnight street parking gets tickets.
Be sure the golf cart is returned to it's reserved spot between 11 PM-6 AM. Replace fuel used. Maximum weight on cart 800 lbs.
Do not use the driveway next door for any reason.

What a great rental! Perfectly located and adequately outfitted with everything you need for a great Avalon family vacation. Spacious (particularly for this town) with a big deck, air conditioned and ceiling fans in all of the rooms! The couple questions we had were answered very quickly. This was our second stay and we look forward to renting again next year!! Highly recommend!!

Mike is on top of any needs you may have or desire. the property could not be in a better location. Magical is the only word to describe Catalina and Mikes Blue home. Roomy, the perfect location to walk everywhere and simply appointed with items you may require. A MUST expereince.

Amazing stay

My family of 10 stayed at this amazing property for our summer vacation. This is the third time staying here and it keeps getting better. We wanted for nothing as the house is well stocked and designed for a comfortable beach vacation. We will definitely be returning for a fourth time!

Excellent rental

This is a great rental in a great location! It was absolutely perfect for our family who has been coming to the island two weeks at a time for 34 years. The hosts were quick to reply to questions all throughout the year as well as when a couple small things came up while on the island. The use of a 6 seater golf cart really adds to the efficiency and fun of the trip. Plenty of extra bedding, fans throughout the house (both ceililng and non), and all the kitchen stuff we needed to cook almost every meal while we were there. We are well accustomed to island-style rentals and this more than met our expectations. Definitely will be recommending this rental to family and friends.

Great house - close to shops and restaurants

Clean, nicely decorated house with two kitchens and an awesome deck. Spacious living rooms with plenty of seating for families! We had three generations of family members staying here - it worked out great! I would definitely stay here again.

Very well located. Easy to get to everything. Only qualm was not knowing the room with twin bed only had access to bathrooms via master bedroom. Kind of awkward with separate adults in every room.

Great location. Walkable from dock and close to ocean front businesses.

Unit is dived into two separate levels. Good for some groups, maybe not for others with small kids. Patio is nice, but no ocean view and very little privacy.

Great for multiple small family units

Location, location, location! What an excellent spot to call home base! Walking distance to everything in Avalon! Good communications with owner throughout and before stay. Except for a couple of pot lids missing, EVERYTHING WAS GREAT and we had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay! My favorite color is blue and all the colors inside and out were calming and cozy!

Family stay

We stayed in the lovely well equipped and very well located home in June. We had many family members visiting Avalon over the weekend and we met for hordourves and cocktails at the property on the upstairs outside deck. The golf cart was a huge bonus and my 85 year old father was able to see views of Avalon that he hasn’t seen in decades. We had a wonderful stay.
