We got the elevator / lift !!! Now no need to use the stairs :-)

This flat is in a 'finca regia' (historical buiding to be preserved), fully refurbished, with 2 sleeping rooms, kitchen, bathroom and dining room.

Just refurbished flat, in a 'finca regia', that is an historical façade, in downtown Gràcia part of Barcelona city.

In Gràcia part of the city you will be just in the middle of all the Gaudi's master works, that is Sagrada Familia, Parc Guell and La Pedrera (first picture).

The apartment is located in Torrent de l'Olla, close to Plaça del Sol, the market, Verdi cinemas, many restaurants, and all those items in a designer & artist atmosphere.

From an old apartment we have created an unique atmosphere mixing the vintage part and the newest materials, with hand-made furniture and lamps and designer furniture and lamps (Resol, My Oruga, Kare Design, Paul Neuhaus, Paulmann, Comes).

The air conditioning and the heating, good mattresses, and balcony will be top to enjoy some days of relax in vibrant Barcelona.

Being in Gracia suburb is a must to dive in design & creative Barcelona, you will see that!

You will enjoy free high speed WIFI 24 hours.

For children we offer games, books, high chair and bed for baby, if needed.

If you are coming by plane, we can arrange for you the pick up at the airport and driving to the flat.

If you are coming by car, we will tell how to find best prices for parking.

Appartement disposant d’un ascenseur pour monter les bagages. Non négligeable pour les 4 étages à faire. Évier de la salle de bain bouché. L’eau ne s’écoule pas. Air climatisée serait à laver. Des résidus se trouvaient sur le sol à chaque matin à notre réveil. Une seule coupe de vin et une seule coupe de bulles. Plusieurs tasses. La cafetière étant défectueuse, on nous a suggéré de prendre la cafetière à l’italienne disponible, mais cela ne convenait pas à nos besoins. Nous avons toutefois adoré notre séjour et bien mangé dans les alentours. Merci!

Appartement fonctionnel dans un quartier sympa

L'appartement est idéalement situé avec plein de petits restos/commerces sympas à proximité immédiate. L'appartement est fonctionnel. Pour notre part, nous ne l'avons utilisé que pour dormir une nuit (2 adultes/3 enfants). La chambre parentale donne sur la rue donc clairement ca peut être bruyant (mais nous avons l'habitude avec Paris). La communication a été facile pour se rendre sur place et récupérer les clés. En revanche les frais de ménage (60€) me paraissent excessif pour une nuit. Nous avons été ravis de découvrir Barcelone en famille !

Disappointed

On the positive side, the apartment is well located in an area full of restaurants and shops. On the negative side, the beds in the bedrooms are really smaller in reality than in pictures. After the first night of sleeping inconfortable we had to sleep in a separate bedrooms for a little more room. The sink in the bathroom is clogged, so when you brush your teeth the water rises and you have to wait for it to empty slowly. The welcome from the owner or the person in charge is simply poor, we had to manage to find the apartment unit cause they never bother to respond our texts. After finding the unit, it was the cleaning lady who opened the door for us. The door of the balcony located at the bedroom does not close properly, and it is very accessible from the apartment next door, not to mention that there is no safety box to keep valuable things. There’s a parking very close to the apartment, but extremely expensive. Although this is not responsibility of the owner, it is something that as visitors we would have liked to know before. At the end, we decided to leave 2 nights before our departure…

L'appartement est très joli et lumineux, dans un quartier animé et très bien situé dans la ville, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour faire un peu de cuisine et il est assez grand pour une famille. Il y a 2 chambres : une est très bruyante car donnant sur la rue, l'autre donne sur cour mais n'a pas de volets. Mauvaise surprise à notre arrivée : la personne qui devait nous accueillir n'était pas là et nous avons attendu 1/2 heure devant l'immeuble avant que quelqu'un vienne nous ouvrir l'appartement. Le ménage n'avait pas encore été fait et l'appartement était sale. Un des 2 jeux de clés ne marchait pas. A part ces désagréments, nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Barcelone, dans cet appartement très agréable. Le quartier est très sympa et il y a plein de boutiques ainsi que le marché, pour faire ses courses au quotidien. Le métro est à environ 10 minutes à pied, et sinon il y a une location de vélos très bien et bon marché à quelques minutes à pied également.

Die Wohnung liegt im schönen, lebhaften Gracia. Das Haus liegt an einer Einbahnstraße, aber dennoch hat man viel Verkehr, den man auch hört. Wer es ruhig braucht, sucht besser woanders. Die Mieter im Haus haben wir aber kaum gehört. Die Wohnung liegt im vierten Stock und das ist es gut, dass es einen Aufzug gibt. In der Wohnung findet man alles, was man braucht. Auch ein paar Basis-Lebensmittel waren vorhanden. Spülmaschinen-Tabs waren auch ausreichend da. Die Betten sind recht neu und durchaus bequem.Bad und WC sind neu und die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Zu dritt war genug Platz. So passten wir auch alle auf das bequeme Sofa - sowas braucht man ja nach einem langen Tag in Barcelona. Ansonsten gibt es nur Stühle. Am Esstisch konnten vier Personen sitzen. Es gibt Internet, aber kein Smart-TV. Also auch lediglich spanische Sender. Die Spiele-Auswahl findet sich ziemlich zusammengewürfelt in einem Karton - wir haben nicht versucht, dass zu sortieren. Ach ja: das schöne Gebäude auf dem Foto ist nicht das Haus mit der Ferienwohnung! Barcelona-Kenner haben das sowieso erkannt - ich nicht. Allerdings ist das jetzt in der Objektbeschreibung auch ganz deutlich zu lesen. In der Nähe gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Lokale. Metro und Bus sind nicht weit weg. Das Auto braucht man in Barcelona wirklich nicht. Direkt gegenüber der Wohnung gibt es Super-Eis - unbedingt probieren (lasst euch nicht durch die kleinen Becher täuschen: da passt viel rein!).

Great place - clean, conveniently located, and spacious for our needs. As Canadians we are used to A/C so that was a hard adjustment for us as one of the rooms didn’t have it at all and the window had to stay open... It’s also very close to the garbage which gets collected in the middle of the night, but otherwise, we were very happy with our place and where it was for getting around. Our flight also arrived very early and they allowed us to drop-off our luggage and pick up the key so that we could enjoy the day in Barcelona - ¡Muchas gracias!

Saubere Unterkunft mit guter Lage

Die Kommunikation und der Check in waren unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Alles hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist sauber. Abends und nachts ist ein gewisser Lärmpegel vorhanden. Die Matratzen sind okay. Ein großes Laken ist jeweils als Decke vorhanden.

Excellent!

We stayed for one week in the apartment. Everything was perfect. We loved the neighborhood and the two squares on either side of us were filled with restaurants, cafes, and bars. The small Condis grocer had everything we needed and it was super easy to either hail an Uber from the front sidewalk or grab any green lit taxi driving by. Highly recommend.
