Location is great. Staff are very helpful and nice. Room service is ok. The terrace “roof top” is amazing. The street view and the garden view rooms are very nice . The comfort rooms are super small and dark. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Pictures on Expedia are misleading a bit for the comfort room. We requested an upgrade to get a better room and we had to pay the difference but so much worth it. Hotel location is amazing, super convenient. We requested

loved our stay at Royal passeig de Gracia!

Not only were the desk staff incredibly friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond their call of duty every single day, anytime of day and night. We did not speak much Spanish and they made everything possible for us, making connections and reservations and recommendations. The rooms were impeccably clean and well appointed. The cleaning staff were like magic fairies, we never actually saw them in our room because they were extremely quick and very efficient. It was lovely to have the room tidy, beds made, clean towels and bathroom spotless, every single day. the rooftop Terrace Bar was a wonderful surprise. Staff once again were incredibly professional and accommodating as well as entertaining. the views overlooking the city and church Familia, were beautiful and worth the visit. We had desserts up on the Terrace on one occasion and loved every dessert we ordered. The complimentary bowls of popcorn are a really nice touch. especially when one has been out on the town all day and pop upstairs for a drink. Loved it! The location of this hotel is also one of the best parts. everything is within walking distance. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. Bravo! Gracias!
