Nice stay

Overall the stay in the residence was super. The location is good, next to the subway in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Barcelona. The Wi-Fi was great (I used it for work). The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness in the room.

The receptionist was a delightful young woman who tried her best to help us. We might have gotten charged twice by mistake. Our room was very comfortable once they gave us a fan. The views are amazing and the location is clearly marked.

Great area but lacking amenities

Great area right next to a metro station and a spacious nice room with kitchen, however it wasn’t very clean and it was lacking basic amenities - there was no hand soap and no washing up liquid or sponges/brushes for doing the dishes. Also, according to hotels.com the facility has a gym and a laundry service, but I couldn’t find those anywhere.

The room was tiny and noisy, with no facilities, not even to make tea, the cook too didn’t work. The staff (except one casual) were poor communicators and unprofessional. No phone reception in my room, wifi intermittent. Best thing was being close to metro.

No Aircon and overpriced

I would say avoid this place in the summer when the temperature is high. There is no air-conditioning and the fan provided is useless and really noisy. It is impossible to sleep due to being unbearably hot. It is very close to a metro but about 30 minute walk to the main centre of Barcelona. Really overpriced for what it is. It does have a fridge which is good and staff are friendly.

It has a gym and good view at the top. I don't like the room because it's old and has no airconditioning. So you can't fall asleep when it's like 30 degrees in your room. Incomplete cutlery and we had like rusted knifes and spoons. The cutlery wasn't clean at all. The room isn't like the beautiful pictures and text on the website.. We had a bathroom with rust spots all over the bathtub. On top off it they said we couldn't park in their garage. The same day we walked down and there was like 15 spaces left. And you have to pay for your parking spot. They change their prices how they like so, keep that in mind. I don't like to be negative but this place is bad.
