This beautiful spacious apartment with enormous wrap around terrace and amazing sea views is located on the 12th floor of one of Barcelona's newest and most emblematic buildings in Diagonal Mar. Enjoy wonderful views of the beach, sea and park from this stylish and modern luxury apartment. Every room overlooks the city/sea and connects to a private terrace (100m2) accessible throughout the whole apartment. Make the most of your visit to Barcelona in this exclusive and truly luxurious apartment! Spacious living room (30m2) with ceiling-to-floor windows overlooking the beach and the whole city of Barcelona with large sofa and dinning table. Sunny terrace (100m2) with table and lounge chairs and outside sofa. Modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining table overlooking the sea . 3 Complete marble bathrooms (two bathrooms with bathtubs and one with shower). 5 Double bedrooms: one en-suite with large double bed, four with two individual beds that can be prepared as one large bed. In the laundry room you will find a washer and a dryer, iron and ironing board. Security guard 24 hours a day.

- Check-in from 15 p.m.
- Check-out before 11 a.m.
- The apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
- Parties in the apartment are not allowed.
- Additional charges: Barcelona city tax 6.05€ per person per night (max 7 nights) Late check-in fee of 30€ after 21h and 60€ after midnight.
- A 500€ security deposit will be charged at the check in, as a guarantee, and refunded at check-out
- The guest agrees to respect the residents of neighbouring apartments and to avoid causing excessive noise at any point of the day. If the above conditions are not fulfill it may result in an immediate eviction from the apartment.
- If there is any kind of infraction related to noise after the 10 PM it could result in, not only, an intervention from Roomonitor, but also in a penalty of 500€.

Arrival between 00:00 and 05:00 is subject to 60 late arrival fee.

This condo was incredible in every way. It was more spacious than tbe pictures show. It was nicely laid and all 7 of us had ample space. The washer and dryer, and dish washer worked well and helped us keep up with our daily living. The kitchen was well equipped and had all modern appliances. The star of the show was the patio. The view was breathtaking and the furniture out there was really comfortable. It even has sliders that you can adjuat to block the sun,rainand wind, if needed. The management company was truly exceptional. Their communication leading up to our stay as well as during and after was perfect.My friends and I plan on staying with them again!

Family adventure in Barcelona

The location of this apartment was great if you want to stay out of the hustle and bustle of the city. It is right across from the beach and if you get off the main street there are some really nice authentic Spanish restaurants.The size of the apartment is very nice for large groups and the balcony is amazing! The living and dining room are nice and comfortable. However, the apartment needs some TLC, things are starting to look worn, the bathroom doors, the kitchen, pictures on the wall are missing, tiny night stands in the master. We had a few maintenance issues, but they were resolved by the maintenance service pretty quickly. The apartment contact is quick to respond by text. The apartment building and area feels very safe.

Barcelona skies

This place is even more gorgeous than the pictures display. 5 of us had a great time and spent lots on it on the fabulous wrap around balcony. The sunrises and sunsets were amazing! Everything was perfect! The concierge stocked the frig per our request and arranged transport for us whenever requested. The dryer didn’t heat but we dried our clothes on a drying rack from the ample laundry room. There is a little grocery store with all one needs right behind the apt. The views are dazzling! We cannot wait to come back and stay again!

Beautiful location and Amazing stay

We had a wonderful stay in Barcelona. The location was amazing and super easy to get from the apartment to the metro or just walk across the street to the beach. Great little grocery store on the other side of the block and restaurants down the beach a little bit. The apartment was very large and with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was more than enough for our group of 4 adults and 5 kids. The building felt very secure with key to get in and a doorman as well as security locks on the apartment. If we ever make it back to Barcelona this is top of our list for places to stay.

Spectacular Location

The apartment was everything we wished for. Spectacular views of the Barcelona skyline as well as the sea. Sunrise & Sunset can be seen from this corner unit. Sliding protective covers on the balcony so you can adjust for wind changes. Great location if you prefer to get out of the busy city streets but yet easy to get anywhere you want to go by foot or taxi. We will only stay here when we return to Barcelona.

Sehr schönes Apartement

Sehr ansprechnedes Apartement mit traumhaften Ausblicken zum Meer und zur Stadt hin. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die riesige Terrasse ist der Hammer, auch wenn der Verkehr gut zu hören ist. Gute UBahn Anbindung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ganz in der NÀhe. Sehr schöne Strandpromenade Richtung Innenstadt. Die Kommunikation mit der Argentur You Stylish fand ich persönlich etwas anstrengend.

Amazing Apartment

Five school friends getting together to celebrate our 50th birthdays rented this apartment this week and it did not disappoint. The location was perfect as it was well away from the highly tourist areas but right on the beach for long walks and runs in the morning. The area itself is bustling and there is a local ‘Rambla’ with some excellent restaurants and bars, way better than the main ‘Ramblas’ in the centre of town. The apartment is well appointed and rooms etc were all very pleasant and well decorated. The best part of the apartment though is definitely the huge balcony for eating, drinking and watching the world go by. Just to be aware it sits on a very busy road junction and the locals love to blast their horns so I would only recommend it if you’re an early riser or a heavy sleeper. Our party had a good mix of both so it didn’t bother us but I can imagine it might upset some people. Even 12 floors up it was very loud.

Amazing place

This space was absolutely perfect for the large group we were traveling with. The 5-bedroom, 3 bath gave us plenty of sleeping space and the large living/dining allowed us a space to relax after a long day. Our favorite spot was the gorgeous, large balcony. We took full advantage of the sunrises over the sea and sunsets with the city as a backdrop. Thank you so much for providing us with the perfect place to make so many wonderful memories. You guys were so helpful and friendly from start to finish.

Best view

Excellent views of beach and city- maybe best view in all of my travels so far. Appartment complex comes with great, big community pool, grass field for kids to play on, workout room etc. Great restaurants in area, within max 15 minutes walking distance (Rambla Del Poblenou being one option). Beach is excellent, and only 2 minutes walk from appartment. Appartment did have excellent air conditioning and plenty of space for our group of 9. We enjoyed a relaxing mix of beach vacation and sightseeing. We would definitely use this appartment again in future visits to Barcelona.

Beautiful clean apartment in a great location with beautiful views.

Stayed at this beautiful property with a group of friends for a long weekend. The location was great and central to everywhere. The property was clean and tidy with a BEAUTIFUL VIEW. The balcony is amazing with great space. The management was super helpful and friendly. Close by shopping centre was super helpful too! Strongly recommend this apartment!

The apartment location can't be beat ... directly across from the beach and within easy walking distance to groceries and restaurants to include those on the beach! The only issue was the weather - it was unusually cold and windy during our stay which meant no beach time and very little time enjoying the views from the great expansive balcony! But the apartment was just the right size for the 9 of us (friends and family). And when we identified items that needed maintenance - the maintenance crew came to perform the task. I highly recommend this apartment for large families/friends ! ! !

A fantastic accommodation for a large group that is close to the action.

I recently travelled to Barcelona with 7 friends to celebrate our 50th birthday (golf trip). From the point that we booked, the team was communicating with me on a regular basis and provided very clear instructions to follow once we arrived. Juanes met us at the condo and we were able quickly get settled. The condo is on the 12th floor and has an incredible view of Barcelona and the sea from a suprisingly large balcony that is accessible from all rooms. It's a 3 minute walk from the beach. The unit is very large in size with 5 good size bedroom and 3 large clean bathrooms. The living space is a very good size as well. It was a perfect accommodation for a large group and was close to golf and the downtown. Would certainly book the accommodation and recommend to friends!

Lovely apartment, book direktly with YouStylish through

Wonderful apartment, shared 5 colleagues. Calm area with beach just next to the apartment. Pool wasn't open till 1st of May though. I would recommend booking directly with YouStylish though, as HomeAway charges a heavy booking fee which they don't tell you about directly - you have to dig it up.
