"Every young lady at the front desk was warm, friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The men mostly acted like I was inconveniencing them (I had only 1 positive interaction with the men). However, I will return to this property because the foyer is huge, bright, and airy—unlike anything anywhere except Las Vegas. The room was spacious by French city standards, clean, bright, and with a truly unbeatable view. It was an oasis but so conveniently located directly in front of the tram and an uber was always only 4 minutes away. I stayed in the room a great deal because I was tired of the city and THOROUGHLY enjoyed the room. I’m returning for sure!"

"Very close to Part Dieu station but very quiet inside. If you are a walker it is a flat walk to the old town but the Metto line is convenient. The staff were delightful and very helpful. The restaurant was very good."
