"The room itself was very clean. The rest of the hotel was questionable carpets in hallways were stained and in desperate need of vacuuming. There was a Wierd musky smell in the hallways. The hot tub was broken, pool water was greenish color. We didn’t end up getting in either. The front desk lady was nice but we went down to the desk to request more towels and no one was around for more than 15minutes with no way to get any help. Overall not the best place, I’d spend a little more to stay somewhere a little more updated and clean. "

"Dasha made our stay amazing. She is so kind and caring and was responsive to all our needs. She even carried a tv from the 2nd floor down to our 1st floor room when ours was not working. Hey boss man, give this young lady a raise!"

"We were impressed by the updated rooms and their amenities. On our last day, Saturday 4/11/26, the morning girl who was at the front desk was not very happy, and even a bit rude. The girl during the check-in and other late hours was wonderful. "

"For the price, it was okay. It’s a little dated—floors of the hallways creak—but just about acceptably clean. There were some spots that I don’t think had been cleaned for some time, such as behind the toilet. The elevator was so slow that we thought we were stuck (the front desk did warn us however). The breakfast was very very basic. The smell of the hotel entrance was hard to describe—almost like a bleach covering a musty odor. And that same smell came through our AC system to the point that we chose to turn it off rather than sleep in a cool room. So I probably would not choose to sleep here again, but this was rated 8.2 stars and others at a similar price point were rated much lower. If it wasn’t for the AC it probably would have been acceptable. In hindsight I would have paid more for a Hampton Inn or something a step or two up."
