The condo can sleep up to six with no extra fees . Large patio and BBQ, wood fireplace, in-suite laundry, 1,.5 baths, flat screen cable TVs, internet, tranquil setting, restaurants/beach/bars steps away. Includes use of Clubhouse with indoor pool/jacuzzi, games room (ping pong, racquetball, foosball), tennis court. Great mini getaway for the family

This condo was everything we could have hoped for, while doing a little get away with our family. You can’t beat the location and being able to walk to all birch bay offers. It’s seriously a one minute walk to the beach. Not to mention the view of the water. The pool was a HUGE plus and a great option for not so great weather. Lisa was amazing, quick with communication and very accommodating. We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again!
