Beautiful apartment recently renovated, in one of the most elegant streets of the city and a stone's throw from Piazza Maggiore.The house is on the first floor of a building without elevator, located in an elegant context. The entrance opens onto a living area furnished with a dining table and a double sofa bed; this room is then connected to the two bedrooms, both equipped with a queen-size bed and one characterized by the presence of a magnificent frescoed ceiling.This is followed by the bathroom with shower and the independent kitchen equipped with amenities including a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave. A small utility room where the washing machine is placed completes the layout.During their stay our guests will benefit from free wifi, air conditioning and heating.The flat is located in a ZTL area, so we recommend leaving your car in one of the surrounding car parks and enjoying the historic centre on foot.*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations.
