The apartment, of great charm and design, is located in a 18th century building on the raised ground floor and is located in a very quiet street in the historic center of Bologna.
It has just been completely renovated and furnished with antique paintings and valuable furniture.
A few steps from the Two Towers, the wonderful Piazza Santo Stefano and Piazza Maggiore, Guido Reni's house consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large eat-in kitchen with dining room and relaxation area, complete with dishwasher, static oven and microwave , a large living room with a double sofa bed and a 65-inch large-screen smart TV of the latest generation with free TimVision.
The property includes a basement room with a two-seater sofa bed, hi-fi system and wi-fi printer supplied in the basement and a
external cloister with green plants, table and chairs for exclusive use
There are also two smart TVs in one of the bedrooms and in the dining room.
Free ultra-fast fiber optic internet connection available throughout the home.
The heating is autonomous and there are separate remote control units for air conditioning in the various rooms.
There is a small storage area and laundry room complete with the latest generation of washer and dryer.
In the immediate vicinity of Guido Reni, there are numerous shops, bars, restaurants and typical restaurants, supermarkets and the characteristic local market of Piazza Aldrovandi.
Bus stops for each direction are just a few meters from the house.
It is possible, upon specific request, to reserve a garage nearby for € 35 a day (including access to the ZTL)

The apartment is a very quiet street in the historical center of Bologna. It has been recently renovated and completely furnished with antique paintings and furniture. Very close to the Two Towers, to Piazza Santo Stefano and Piazza Maggiore.
Small apartment, two bathrooms, a large kitchen with a dining room, which includes washing machine and oven, a beautiful room with a smart TV 65 inches, a small tavern with a sofa bed, hi fi dotation and wi fi printer. TV is present in all rooms and kitchens, internet is free and with fiber technology, washing machine and dryer in the laundry room.
There are many shops, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets in the neighborhood. There is the market of piazza aldrovandi and bus stops to any direction.

Stayed 6 days. Very accurate description. Highlights were it's location which was on a quiet safe street 10 minute walk to Piazza but lots of stuff in-between, and futon downstairs was more comfortable then I imagined (unlike USA pull-out couch). Only negative was broken drying and staying for 6 days this was kind of important.

This was a great apartment for a family! The location was very near everything we wanted to do. It was very spacious and my teens liked each having their own room. The kitchen is very well equipped. The dryer does not work, but we were able to use the drying rack in the outdoor space.

Wonderful apartment

We enjoyed a lovely week in this apartment. It was exceptionally clean and had everything we could possibly require for our stay. The kitchen is very well stocked with equipment. Our friend cooked three meals and was delighted to find all she needed to do so.There is a super little cafe at the end of Guido Reni where we enjoyed lots of coffee and cake.We highly recommend this apartment.

Great location in Bologna

Great apartment in Bologna. Close(walking distance) to the centre of town, but on a quiet side street. Had a couple of minor issues but Daniele dealt with them quickly. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone wanting to spend a few days in Bologna.

Perfect Bologna location

We had a great time in Bologna thanks to the location and the list of things to do provided by the host. The apartment accommodated us perfectly for a family of 5 (with room to spare!). The kitchen was cute and perfect for morning coffee and planning the days. The downstairs space was fun for our young boys... a good hideaway for them.

Perfect location in Bologna!

Location, location, location. Literally a 5-10 minute walk to all of the sites. Some great restaurants as well. Loved Oltre! Also got to see the opera while we were there - MacBeth - totally amazing.

Great Location

This was a great option close to everything. The home is a beautiful mix of modern and Italian charm. Our son attended the University here over ten years ago, and this was a perfect place to stay while he showed us the city. It was clean, spacious with an easy check-in.

Central Location, Great Apartment!

The apartment was as advertised, very clean and very spacious for 2 adults and 2 teens. We were welcomed by Johnny when we checked in and he walked us through all of the features of the apartment. Our communication with Daniele was excellent. The location is great, easy to walk to restaurants and central Bologna. I highly recommend this property.

Clean and as described

Overall, our stay was great. Johnny who over sees the house, was awesome with checking us in and making sure that we were comfortable. He also made sure we had appropriate accommodations for checkout time by ordering us taxis to the airport. The location is awesome. It’s very close to the towers and a lot of good restaurants around the area. I only complaint was accommodations did not fully accommodate for our family of six as the pull out couch upstairs was broken. Perfect for a family or group of six who only need three beds.

Beautiful property in a great location.

Very clean and comfortable with everything you could need for a stay in Bologna. Cash Guido Reni is in a very central location for all the city highlights. Only minor problem is the nearby late bar that closes at 4 am on Friday and Saturday night so a little noisy as the customers walk home!

Perfect Location and Property

We were fortunate to stay in this fantastic property for 6 nights. It was very clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials for a great vacation. The location was ideal as we walked all around the historic area. The layout of the home is great and felt spacious. The artwork and furniture were lovely. Daniele and Simona's communication was great and so helpful when our arrival was delayed by many hours. They even helped us arrange parking. I highly recommend this property and hope to stay again someday!

Centraal voor bezoek aan Bologna.

Het appartement is geweldig centraal gelegen voor een bezoek aan Bologna. Alle comfort is aanwezig, ook alle materiaal om zelf een lekkere maaltijd te koken met verse ingrediënten die je kan kopen op de Mercato delle Erbe. Vergeet zeker ook niet om om 18u een aperitief te gaan drinken bij één van de vele wijnbars. Wij hebben genoten van Bologna en het appartement.
