Nice location. Rooms were clean, the bathroom was a nice size and we appreciated the double sink. The Bistro breakfast was nice with a sufficient amount of choices. The carpets in the hallways could use updating.... overall staff were friendly but we found other hotels we stayed at in Italy had a better Bar atmosphere if thats important to you.

The hotel is located about 10 mins walk from the train station and 10 mins walk up the main shopping street to the piazza maggiore where all the main sights are and plenty of restaurant's and shops. Rooms are a bit dated but large and spacious

El hotel está bien ubicado, caminando se llega pronto al centro. El desayuno bastante completo y el personal de esta zona muy amable. Usamos dos habitaciones una estaba bien, la otra tenía un olor muy desagradable, tratamos de ventilarla pero el olor no se iba, los del hotel decían no percibirlo pero era bastante molesto, terminamos durmiendo todos en una sola habitación, un poco incómodo para 5 personas en una habitación de 3.

Staff super helpful with luggage and taxis and so on. The housekeepers change the towels and sheets every day, even if not requested using the environmental measures card, so perhaps that could be a small thing with room for improvement.

It's a clean and quiet functional hotel, less than 10 minutes from the train station and also Piazza Maggiore. So would stay there again for local visiting the city

Great location close to the train station and old town. The staff were friendly, the hotel was clean, and breakfast was excellent. The property is well maintained, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable.

We visited this hotel while the outside corridor was under construction which made it a challenge to get to the hotel. That said, the rooms were pleasant and it's within walking distance to the main palazzo with food and drink. On-site we wished the 'bar' had a better set-up and was more comfortable to sit at.

This hotel is in a fantastic location but because of the construction work for the new tram system you are in the middle of a construction site, so it is noisy and dusty during the day. Also the main attraction of this location, i.e. the collonades are just hot noisy crowded tunnels which defeat the object of their purpose, such a shame !

A soft place to rest your head

Since travelling quite a bit around northern Italy and enjoying the many sights, I must say that this hotel was superb. A real respite from so much walking and walking. Cool comfortable sheets and fluffy pillows. A sigh of relief after a v long day.
