A good, simple room that’s perfect to crash in the midst of exploring the city. Location is perfect: 15mins walk from both the center of Old Town and the train station too. Also a lot of cafes, supermarkets, pizzerias, etc. in the area.

A little odd, but good!

Very clean. Weird place- felt like a college dorm with basic appointments. They make your leave your key when you leave and you have to be buzzed in the front door, but had no issues with it.

Very Thin Walls

The hotel itself is okay, the staff is friendly enough - a little bit basic, but it is what you can expect for the price. However one thing that everyone should keep in mind - walls are VERY VERY thin. We heard everything from the room next door, who were up until 3am and kept us awake the entire night. To make matters worse, we were woken up early in the morning to their sounds. Awful experience.

There was no elevator for the first two floors, had to carry suitcases up 2 flights of stairs and out room had no AC (and it was summertime hot)

Spacious rooms, nice staff, perfect location.

A 15-min walk from Bologna railway station and a 15-min walk to Piazza Maggiore, the hotel is very convenient as far as a tourist is concerned. It is also very close to several supermarkets as well as Mercato delle Erbe, I won't worry about getting supplies. However, it lies on a main road and some noises are expected especially at night.

Meh

The hotel is pretty institutional: furniture and finishings from the 60's, a window that opened to a courtyard (so no hope of a breeze), and surprisingly noisy. It did the trick, but was not great. In a somewhat expensive city for accommodation I guess it was a reasonable value for the choice, but if you're coming from the south of Italy, don't expect much at this price range compared to what's you're used to.
