Selected by VRBO as a PREMIER HOST PROPERTY, this condo is less than 3 minutes to the OCEAN beaches, this 2BR (each with a king)/2BA CONDO is a VRBO CHOSEN FAVORITE in AWESOME Bonita Village. Our fully furnished UPSCALE condo on the 3rd floor (via ELEVATOR) has a penthouse view of the QUIET pool and features a most desirable northern exposure. The Unit is fully equiped with BEACH TOWELS, COOLERS and a BEACH UMBRELLA.
Our completely UPDATED unit is loaded with many upgrades. Along with PLANTATION SHUTTERS, an 85" OLED SMART TV (one of 3 TVs in the unit) is located in the family room which also houses a high end queen SLEEPER SOFA and a state of the art 3 position DUAL POWER RECLINING SOFA. The freshly painted condo features recently installed wall to wall premium TILE and the fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops comes with a Keurig (with frother), toaster, crockpot, utensils, etc.
The MASTER suite is furnished with a KING BED, dual vanities, a recently updated shower (with an available seat), a walk in closet, 55 in SMART TV, SOUND MACHINE and even a TOWEL WARMER( for when the weather isnt cooperating).
The GUEST Bedroom features a new KING BEDROOM SET and MATTRESS, a PRIVATE ENTERANCE to the guest bath, a TV and a SOUND MACHINE.
A very comfortable BROYHILL PATIO SET is located in our LANAI overlooking the quiet pool and fountains.
. BONITA VILLADE has a SECURITY GATE, COVERED GARAGE PARKING, 2 POOLS (an AMAZING RESORT STYLE with ZERO ENTRY and WATERFALL, and a QUIET pool with a more tranquil atmosphere), the GROGGY FROG CHEEKIE HUT which is open in season, 2 large jacuzzi hot tubs, outdoor grills, a CYBEX GYM as well as game, media and social rooms.
Cable and high speed internet as well as an office table, chair and PRINTER can also be found in the unit.
The area provides a multitude of restaurants, shops, A Publix grocery and miniature golf are within walking distance. Renting a boat, jet ski, kayak or fishing charter can be done easily at the Marina only a few minutes away. A FREE SHUTTLE to the ocean near DOC's BEACH HOUSE operates year round and top notch GOLF, PICKLEBALL and TENNIS are near.
Bonita Village is less than 25 minutes to the REGIONAL SOUTHWEST AIRPORT and 45 minutes from the PUNTA GORDA AIRPORT.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at this impeccably clean, beautifully decorated two-bedroom condo. Location is desirable. Being close to the beach, restaurant and grocery store. We used the fairly large gym and especially the tiki bar! The host was very welcoming and communicative. We'll definitely be back!

Check in was so simple. We followed the step by step instructions provided to us and got checked right in. The kitchen was spotless and modern. The pool area was very enjoyable. The condo was clean and the pools were nice. Tom, the host, stayed in contact before and during our stay. Close to the beach, grocery store and plenty of restaurants. Be careful of the concrete pillar in the parking spot, it can be tough to get into the spot if the car next to you is tight. Bedrooms are small but they're fine for a short stay. Construction was noisy from the building they're adding next door.

Great stay in Bonita Springs

It was a great place to visit. Really close to the beach, mini golf, stores, and restaurants. If you plan a pool day at the big pool get there early and grab your loungers. They would always be taken and we would have to throw our stuff on a table by the bar. Tom was a great host.

Great weather week! Located close to the Gulf and shopping.Our condo was beautifully decorated with the beach theme. If we needed anything, Tom & Lynne were just a phone call away! We would definitely consider renting this unit again!

Tom’s place was perfect for a week long getaway. We’ve stayed at Bonita Village many times before and knew what to expect as far as cleanliness and communication - his place was right up to par with our expectations. He stayed in contact with us throughout the trip and answered any questions we had. Upon arrival, I noticed the place was out of trash bags. Tom made sure to have some delivered right away! He has a level of commitment that makes him a great host. The unit has plenty of beach towels and equipment; the bed was comfortable; and the furniture was clean. Overall a 10/10 stay at an incredible price for the location. We will rent from Tom again!

Excellent all around!

4 adults stayed for a week. Communication with Tom was the best! Everything was as described. We didn’t have kids with us but the place was stocked with beach toys, etc. pool was outstanding n loved the tiki bar and shuttle to the beach. Low key atmosphere with lots of places to eat nearby.

Bonita 85 inch tv

Location and condo are great. The owner (Tom) is extremely responsive to all inquiries. There are two pool areas one with bar/cafe ( and they take Apple Pay) the second pool was quiet great for those who love to read. The free beach shuttle elevates the parking problem and was super easy to schedule. Don’t hesitate book it!

Early spring adventure

The property is very nice. It has everything you need for a short stay or an extended stay. The unit itself is updated and well kept. There are a lot of things within walking distance and the beach is a short drive away or you can take the shuttle, very convenient since parking can be tough near the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas that were available for our use. We will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! The condo itself was well stocked with daily essentials! The condo was well decorated and felt like home away from home.The host was so kind and very easy to get ahold of! The pools were amazing and my kids, husband, and i really enjoyed it! The proximity to the beach was great! We enjoyed having the beach shuttle available! The clubhouse was a lot of fun to hang out in too! We loved the proximity to Fort Myers and Naples. Shopping was close by! Excellent property and wonderful condo! The owner's hospitality was seen and felt through the items he had available in his condo, and the way his place looked and presented. Tom was very easy to communicate with and was very accommodating! We had a very nice stay!
