Property was convenient to town with a walk across the footbridge. Besides that, not much to say. Pictures on website misleading, at least for our room. Room was dated, furniture condition poor, beat up, ceiling tiles loose, screen door off track, just not worth the price. Hasn't been touched since the 70s. Luckily we just spent one night and were on our way. Think very old Motel 6. Other reviews reference breakfast which was non-existent during our stay (local referral list provided). Boothbay Harbor was great, but the hotel was not. I guess my standards are higher than most other reviewers. Very disappointed for the price.

It’s a nice clean hotel right by the famous bridge. They have a nice outdoor sitting area to watch boats, ocean,,, truly beautiful nature ahead of you. Also a lounge with water tea and coffee where you can refill your tumbler to go.
