The room was roomy, bed was comfy! The shower had good pressure and everything was very clean. The front desk staff was very kind, always gave a hello when we walked by and made our stay very easy and comfortable. They went the extra mile whenever we needed anything. This as a great little hotel! We will look to stay here when in Boulder again.

The staff is fantastic. Thank you to Victor from Security and the front desk morning crew, Matt and Tricia…had an issue with entering and exiting the garage. They all jumped in to assist.

Nice Stay in Boulder

The Hilton Garden Inn is very clean, quiet & comfortable. We didn’t eat anything there. The location was convenient for us, but we did need to drive to Pearl St & the campus.

People were in my room from the hotel to check on Internet unannounced. I came off of the elevator to find two people from the property exiting my room. They’re like oh sorry I thought they would’ve told you. That was the most apology I received.

Property was great, really nice, & staff was great. Unfortunately, I had stopped through on a days-long drive just so I could attend a meeting in a comfortable place, & the wifi went out that morning. Later, there was a power surge that took out the TV & the A/C. Since it was very warm in my room, I had to sleep with the window open, but the window is a tiny sliver at the bottom of a giant window, & there’s no way to close any of the curtains while the window is open, so it was hot, bright, loud, & I was exposed to everyone else in the courtyard, which means I didn’t sleep well before the next long leg of my drive. It was an unforeseeable event, not their fault, so I don’t know if it’s fair to even leave this review, but it unfortunately wasn’t a pleasant stay.

You get what you pay for - clean, kind staff, nothing crazy in the way of bells and whistles. Just a good place to rest your head at night. Only wish the doors were a bit thicker, lots of noise coming from the hallways when people were walking the halls/having conversations.

Nice facility. We had booked thru Expedia and paid for two rooms, but the hotel only had one in their system. It took time to get that sorted out. It was nice having the pool to relax. The elevators seemed wonky.
