This is the perfect home for vacationers looking for a safe neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants and activities. We are located in upscale Boynton Beach, on the south east coast of Florida. West Palm Beach International Airport is a 20 minute drive, Fort Lauderdale International Airport is a 45 minute drive and Miami International Airport is a 60 minute drive. For those who love the ocean, the beach is a 10 minute drive.

Conveniently located, this 2400 square foot vacation rental property has all the comforts of home while you are enjoying the warm, Floridian climate. This special home can accommodate eight guests. The house is bright, airy, open and spacious.


This newly decorated house has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a screened, heated pool with a southern exposure (sun over pool all day). The large, secluded back yard has a grassy area with beautiful Royal Palm trees as well as a patio and barbecue area. You'll enjoy our pool lighting for night time swimming aand our indoor/outdoor speaker system for music to swim by.

As you walk through the front doorway, you will be greeted by an open and airy view. From our gorgeous dining room, meant to accommodate 10 guests, to our office away from home, to our kitchen with adjoining dinette area, large family room with entertainment area, guest room, full bathroom and laundry room, it is truly a home away from home. Our second floor hosts a large master bedroom, walk in closet, and en suite bathroom, with a walk out sun deck, two bedrooms and a guest bathroom. We also provide two adult bicycles with helmets plus a large selection of board games for adults and children, as well as some toys.

We had 2 families with 7 people total. Having 2 beds in each room was helpful so the kids didn't have to share beds. House was clean. Neighborhood was quiet. We had no complaints and would stay there again.

Spacious house in a good location
Overall we had a nice week at the house. It is spacious and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice and convenient to our needs. The pool was great and my grandkids enjoyed it very much. There were some cleanliness and maintenance issues that we brought to the attention of the owner who was very receptive. She indicated that she would take care of them. I trust they will be rectified for future visitors. I would add that the house could use some sprucing up to make it feel fresher too.

Clean and spacious!!!!
We've been to Florida on many occasions, and it is very rare to find a house without bugs. Aside from one that flew in there wasn't one bug to be found. The house was fairly immaculate. We did have one issue w/something (pollen?) over the surface of the pool upon our arrival, but the manager promptly came and took care of the problem so by the next day it was clean. We were overall very pleased with our stay and would consider coming back.

We rarely left the house. It was clean and well organized, very comfortable! Little labels for everything made it feel easy to maneuver around a home away from home. Had one issue with a leak, notified the property manager who was very prompt and assisted us in fixing the problem immediately! Fay was very communicative and her response time was quick. We thoroughly enjoyed our family reunion at the house! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The location of this home is perfect, the outdoor space is spectacular with the screen enclosed heated pool and garden. The inside is perfect for a family reunion and has all the amenities you will need for your stay. The host and property manager were incredibly responsive when we had questions. Boynton vacation- 3 Palms (July 202)
The property was quiet large and very spacious. The neighborhood was really nice and the neighbors were friendly. My family enjoyed the pool.. Having 3 bathrooms was nice. Some of the bed sheets were soiled upon arrival but this was remedied by a quick wash. The beds were super comfortable and having cable was a nice touch. There were tons of towels, extra sheets and other items (ie. pool toys, shampoo and conditioner, seasonings, paper towels, etc) available for use. Unfortunately the bikes in the garage had flat tires and were not usable. Also, I wished the colored lights around the pool were working - they would have been really nice for the nightly swims. Overall, we had a really nice vacation.

My adult family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. It was well stocked and we could even accommodate 15 people for dinner when we invited our Florida family over. The pool was perfect, warm and clean. The beds were comfortable and the décor was lovely. We would love to come back.

Our family wanted a quiet place to stay while enjoying everything South Florida has to offer. Three Palms was perfect for us. Comfortable, roomy, and we thoroughly enjoyed the private pool!

The house was a mixed bag. It was comfortable and roomy. But somethings didn’t work like a kitchen burner and the garbage disposal. The pool filter was not working well apparently as the pool turned a greenish color. On the other hand the manager was attentive and the water in the shower was nice and hot.

Seeing Dad
Six of us met at Cambay Circle to visit Dad. Covid-19 had separated us for so long. We chose Cambay Circle due to 1. Space2. Number of bedrooms and bathrooms, 3. proximity to Dad,4. Cooking 5. Privacy,6. Avoidance of crowds, 7. A pool and patio 8. Cleanliness, and 9 laundry access. After calling the Manager the pool was ready 48 hours later( he called the pool company immediately and the company responded quickly). All was perfect after that. The beds are comfy, three full baths and an out side shower were wonderful. Plenty of hot water. I will say there needs to be new knives for food prep. Otherwise the kitchen is well supplied. We were able to have our Friday night Shabbat dinner together, at the large dining room table, relax on the back patio swim and enjoy family again. The owner is easy to workwith as is her Manager. We hope to return for another celebration soon and would rebook at Cambay Circle.

Mini vacay to visit brother
At first communication was a little rough, I guess due to timing - would prefer a customer service number for VRBO where you don’t have to wait 45 min on hold only to be cut off. Other than that the Villa we stayed in was perfect! The owner Faye was amazing to deal w as were Abe and Peter. The place was clean and in a great location. It had everything we needed! I think the pics on VRBO need updating as I noticed living room furniture was different. All in all five out of five stars and would definitely stay there again if in area!
