Nice building. Good security and indoor parking. Nice area. Dog friendly. Some things were disappointing. There are two outdoor pools and a hot tub. Of these three amenities, only one of the pools was functional during our time there. The other pool and the hot tub were empty and the area around them was fenced off. The one working pool for a large building was always very busy. The advertising is also misleading in that the beach is about a kilometer (half mile) away.
