The staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant on site had good food and great drinks. The bartender and servers were very nice. The breakfast buffet was not bad,but could’ve been better. Room was great. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. Overall hotel was very comfortable and location is excellent: near Church Street and ECHO Leahy Museum. There were a few unnecessary inconveniences in teh hotel: shower shampoo was empty, the cold water faucet on the sink was loose, and the TV weirdly defaulted to HDMI port 1 but needed to be on HDMI port 2 to get any reception. Finally, the automatic sliding door was broken in the morning, and I thought it unusual that the staff didn't know about it until I told them at 9am. Overall, I'd stay here again in a second.

The staff were responsive and helpful. I paid for two rooms, and both rooms were worn looking. Chipped paint, loose faucets, and stained carpets. Additionally room 620, where I was sleeping was "egged" around 11:30 PM. The sound of an egg hitting a 6th floor window was extremely frightening. And because the temperature was well below freezing we awoke to a window with frozen egg smeared over a significant portion. We reported the egging to the front desk to make them aware. And when we looked at the hotel from the parking deck we could see that many rooms had been egged the night before.

The hotel itself is very nice. Great location and view, but was very short staffed. 1. Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived, which was about 6-6:30pm. Once we got in to our room, we had no tv remote. Front desk wouldn’t answer calls, room service wouldn’t answer calls, had to go down to lobby to request a remote. We were evacuated from the hotel at midnight do so some sort of fire alarm. It was 0 Fahrenheit outside. Housekeeping did not clean the room the next day and left a note saying that they were sorry, but we’d get a free drink if we went to the onsite restaurant. The manager of the restaurant had no idea what I was talking about when I got there. No room service next day but we were offered cookies. None of these made this a “bad” stay, but I’ve never had so many things go wrong at one place.

Great! Location – convenient for the downtown core. Firm mattress. Good shower pressure. Great gym – a lot more variety that I’m used to in weight equipment. Well designed and comfortable room and common areas. I liked the beverage bars on each floor, especially the tasty water to fill my water bottle. Staff were friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend and return.

Our room wasn’t ready until 6:30 PM. We had driven all night and simply wanted to rest, it was brutal. The room was fine and the hotel was decent, but the customer service was very subpar.
