The Space:

Escape to Cabo and unwind at our beachfront condo in Terrasol Beach Resort. Situated along a wide, peaceful stretch of sand, this oceanview unit is just 10 meters from the beach and closer to both resort pools than most—offering unbeatable convenience and tranquility. The resort itself features two shared pools, including a stunning oceanfront option with loungers and umbrellas, plus a gym to help you stay active during your stay.



Inside, the condo has a relaxed beach vibe with cheerful accents and colorful decor that make it feel welcoming from the moment you walk in. The open-plan layout gets plenty of natural light thanks to floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that connect directly to a furnished balcony with an ocean view. It’s the perfect spot to sip morning coffee or grill up dinner on the private BBQ.



The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking and has everything you need—from cookware and dishes to a dishwasher for easy cleanup. A stacked washer and dryer are also included, so you can pack light and stay fresh. The dining area works great for group meals or getting a bit of remote work done between adventures.



When it’s time to recharge, both bedrooms feature plush king-sized beds with quality linens, Smart TVs, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and direct access to the balcony. You’ll fall asleep to the sound of waves and wake up to fresh ocean air.



Please note that the resort has specific pool rules to ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience. These include keeping lanes clear for lap swimmers, no loud music, no glass containers, and adult supervision for children. Pool hours are from 8 AM to 10 PM.

Guest Access:

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo and shared access with other guests to the complex's common areas.



The Neighborhood:

Terrasol Beach Resort is at the southern tip of the Baja Peninsula along an expansive beach, offering privacy and proximity to key attractions, like Cabo’s famous beach bars and restaurants and its lively downtown. You’ll also be just a 5 to 10-minute walk from the marina, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and exciting nightlife there too!



Getting Around:

Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 45 km | 28 miles away. Driving times vary based on traffic and the time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. Parking is available onsite for one car only at a fee.

Resort Fees & Check-in:

You'll need to pay a nightly resort fee and tax per unit when you arrive (cash or card accepted):



1-2 people: $19.50/night

3-4 people: $24.50/night

5-6 people: $29.50/night

7 + people: $35.50/night



Booking Requirements:

- Must be 18+ to book

- You'll sign a rental agreement after booking confirmation

- Please have your ID ready for check-in

- A refundable security deposit may be required (not for Airbnb bookings) - refunded after checkout when all terms are met

- Only registered guests allowed - no extra visitors

- No smoking inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activities are strictly prohibited ($500 fine applies)

- Quiet hours after 10 PM - no parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect your neighbors

- No pets or animals of any kind (sorry!)



Services & Amenities:

- Parking available for ONE vehicle per unit - parking pass required

- Pool and common areas have their own rules and hours to follow



Interaction with Guests:

You’ll stop at the lobby to get checked in. Guests must send flight details and estimated time of arrival (ETA) ahead of time please.
