This place is wonderful. Dining is better than other all inclusives I have stayed at, and staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms are amazing!!!

The property was great! Not an ideal place to shop for souvenirs, must go into the city. However the resort was breathtaking, staff was great, the butler and turn down service made my birthday getaway one for the books!!

PROS: -Lots of pools -Breakfast buffet selection is good CONS: -Waiters and Waitresses frequently forgot to bring our orders to us. I don't think they care about All Inclusive customers. -Room Service also never arrived at times...of course you don't know until you're waiting an hour later. -Our room was near their Karaoke Party (people partying late) and we had young children so called the front desk to tell them our room location was too loud and they did nothing about it. -The food is pretty bad. It is All Inclusive so we went all out - ordering lots of different dishes within our party and sharing and we all had a lot of stomach issues. Nothing tasted fresh. I think several people in our party had mild food poisoning from the steakhouse and sushi restaurant. BE CAREFUL what you consume there! I would stick to their pastas, pizzas, burgers - those were the safe items. -The breakfast buffet took forever to get pancakes/waffles for our kids (this line can take 20 minutes during busy morning times) because waiters kept cutting the line and taking them. -My 2 year old was playing with the remote control pressed something on the TV and accidentally purchased a movie and I didn't realize it until the next day when I saw that movie was "on demand" and the front desk basically said too bad. -Basically if you have any complaints, no one cares. -I was supposed to receive a "VIP Benefit" at check in because of my Expedia status and didn't receive anything.
