While checking in, there were agreements that I was not aware of previously. The main one I didn’t like was a $250 fee for cooking in the room. I follow a special diet and I have never seen this requirement before at any hotel. Also not even a coffee maker in any of the rooms. I left shortly after checking in.

never expected such a great experience from a budget hotel. clean rooms, GOOD coffee?! in the lobby in the morning, clean grounds, comfortable bed. let's be clear, this is a budget stay so it's not luxury but everything was better than expected and I got a highly quality night of sleep...and OH! huge parking spaces with plenty of door room. nice touch.

Very nice and safe location. Outlets are walkable. Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were always very friendly and helpful. Parking was a breeze on site. It’s right off the freeway exit and entrance.

Smelly and damp

The front desk staff was polite and when I realized there was no elevator I requested a ground floor room. I had to wait 30 minutes for one to be available. When we finally were able to get the keys the room smelled like Raid. We got fresh towels the next morning but nothing else was done to the room. There was no breakfast only coffee in the morning. The room was damp and the first night was uncomfortable. The second night we doubled up on the sheets so it was better.

The outside was clean and quiet but the inside was a different story. Clean room but kept hearing sounds inside the bedroom in the middle of the night, When the AC would go on I heard 3 different noises before the AC would kick in and I heard soft banging noises coming from what sounded like inside the room. The whole night was weird, maybe "haughted"? LOL
