my first time at a residence inn - great concept as it allows much more space and surfaces to work on and not having to dine out so much - on the down side the kitchen light was blinking on and off, needed a light in the middle of the room, tub drain seemed plugged - but despite these small things it was great

We stayed here 27 years ago when we moved to Ohio and wanted to stay when we returned. Staff was great. We were given an ADA room, and when we checked in late due to a late flight there were 2 blowers in the room and no hangers. We had to remind the service next morning to pick up the blowers. Asked to clean our room just once and never was cleaned after 4 days. Staff was great breakfast was good. Had to get towels twice. Rooms need a refresh and TV is old technology.

Clean, quiet - Excellent staff!

There was soooo much to love about this place: quiet, secure, clean, very nice landscaping. good parking. loved the stocked kitchen and fireplace. Staff was EXCELLENT - so friendly and very helpful. the *only reason it's not a 5 star all the way is there was a leak in the bath ceiling that made using the shower kinda yucky. BUT staff was very responsive, but we had checked out before it was repaired. overall we would definitely stay here again and HIGHLY recommend this property!
