Very nice .
Beautiful mountain views absolutely stunning. The room was very clean and everything was spotless. We enjoyed the hot tub, which was a great way to relax. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.
Excellent Hospitality and Beautiful quiet, clean with Great Breakfast!!
When booking do confirm if your downstairs or upstairs if you prefer mountain views, go upstairs!!! Fab Place 100% recommended for a couple rendezvous!!
This is a lovely hotel, with a mountain lodge feel. We had a lovely stay, played some games, and had a great sleep. 20 years ago we were married Here. It is still spectacular!
The room was good. Only problem was that it was switched at the last min. We were told we would be on the main level with access to the outside from our room. Other than that it was absolutely amazing. The breakfast all three days were amazing and delicious. And the staff were super friendly.
Fantastic day for the last night of our honeymoon. The property was beautiful. The room gorgeous. Yet cozy. And breakfast was delicious. A delightful treat to end our trip.
So warm in the room that we had to leave sliding glass door halfway open all the time when we were in the room. We would prefer to have a bath/shower as part of the bathroom rather than feeling as though it was in the living area. We didn’t use it. Access to coffee/tea other than at would be preferable. Service in general and breakfast were fantastic.
I like most of it but
Got the romance package, rose petals were not petals or rose, and what it looked like a jacuzzi in the room as they advertised in the pictures, was really a tub
What a gem this place is! The breakfast was sooo good and our room was very comfortable. Enjoyed chatting with the owner to get those tips about visiting Banff. We would definitely stay here again!
This had a 9.4 when I booked it, and was probably the first time I've been disappointed with a hotel with that kind of rating. On one hand, its very quaint and nice, definitely unique, nicely decorated, and had a good atmosphere.
But the lack of amenities was a problem for me. There was no coffee/hot water kettle in the room (but they did have an ironing board?!). The room was very cold at night, with no thermostat for me to adjust. To make matters worse, there is no one at the front desk after around 7, so since I arrived later in the evening, there was no one to ask for help.
Serving breakfast would be very nice, but they only will serve it between 8:15 and 9:30 - which are pretty limited hours. On the one day that I did get the breakfast, it was fabulous.
In a quiet location with view of the mountains. Love the quaint lodge decor and that each room has a patio or balcony. They also served an amazing home cooked breakfast delivered right to our room.
Will be back next time we visit Canmore !
