I did explain already the checkin concern. The staff member was great but with there being only one of her, we waited for a very long time. We have a 5 month old baby who needed a nap and a feed, waiting made it stressful for everyone. The room was disgusting. It was sticky and stale, not cleaned very thoroughly. I snapped a few photos if you’d like to understand better. There is grime buildup on every door and frame, the kitchen cabinets and closets. The floor itself was so gross. At one point I spilled some water and used a paper towel to wipe it up, the paper towel came up nearly black with grime. Both showers need a good scrub and re-caulk. There is clearly mildew in each corner. Further, one of the showers barely worked.

checked in Friday night, the lady at the checkin was a bit harsh, telling us about " no room service, 20$ if you mess up the fragile key card and you are in the separate building so pool access means you can go to the municipal pool. Not the hotel pool and hot tub. So we are in the bunkhouse.

You will loose lots of business. If you need to increase the price because of cost then put it on the price of the hotel. Everything was a charge, which I have come here for many years and that was not the case. Really, $25 for late check out per hour? Come on. Or the change that the pool Isn’t available was the worst of them all from the Annex. It’s… if it’s the cost, put it in the price of the hotel. Lots of hotel in the same situation with people needing to come from other building to go on the hotel, we will explore other options next year.

Asked staff for early check in staff was rude and told me that check in is at 4, room was very small with 2 small beds, (paid for a 2 queen size room almost 400) tried to go swimming when we woke up the out last day and was told the building we are staying in cant use the pool but everyone else can.

Hotel was clean even while under construction. Parking under ground was especially nice to have the vehicle warm and no snow on it. The pool and hot tub area was also nice to relax In at the end of the day. Staff was great to deal with.
