The living room is bright and opens onto the interior spaces of the apartment. It includes both a sofa bed and a foldaway bed, allowing the apartment to accommodate several guests.
Two bedrooms complete the layout. One room features bunk beds, while the second bedroom includes a double bed and opens onto a roof terrace with a sea view.
Two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, provide additional comfort for groups or families.
Guests also benefit from access to the residenceâs leisure facilities, including an infinity pool with sea view open from April 1st to November 6th, a tennis court and a playground for children.
The apartment is located on the second floor of the residence and includes a parking space in the underground garage.
From here, the beaches of the Midi and the Palais des Festivals remain easily accessible within a few minutes by car.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.
Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.
Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from âŹ45 may be charged depending on the delay.
If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a âŹ15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.
Before leaving, we ask you to: - Empty the refrigerator - Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher - Take out the trash
Failure to comply may result in a âŹ36 deduction from your deposit.
Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

EnttĂ€uschend â tolles Potenzial, aber schlecht gepflegt und kommuniziert
Die Lage des Apartments ist wirklich stark â mitten in Cannes mit traumhaftem Blick aufs Meer von der Dachterrasse. Leider war das auch schon der Höhepunkt.Die Dachterrasse war bei Ankunft nicht sauber â der Boden war schmutzig, und in einem der BlumenkĂŒbel lagen Zigarettenkippen. Insgesamt machte die Wohnung einen wenig gepflegten Eindruck. Besonders Ă€rgerlich war die Tiefgarage: Der ĂŒbergebene Transponder funktionierte nicht. Am Telefon hieĂ es, das könne erst in zwei Tagen gelöst werden â da Wochenende sei. Wir sollten so lange einfach hoffen, dass jemand zufĂ€llig das Tor öffnet. Offenbar kein Einzelfall: Mehrere Personen standen regelmĂ€Ăig wartend davor. Durch Zufall war am Sonntag ein kompetenter Mitarbeiter im Office, der uns einen funktionierenden Chip gab.Die Kommunikation mit immogroom war enttĂ€uschend. Auf Anfragen reagierte man spĂ€t oder gar nicht â spĂ€ter wurde dann so getan, als sei nichts angekommen. Man hatte durchweg das GefĂŒhl, dass sich niemand wirklich zustĂ€ndig fĂŒhlt.Fazit: Tolle Lage, aber Zustand und Service lassen zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. So leider nicht empfehlenswert.
