Superb duplex on the top of the old town. It is located on the second floor of an 1910 charming building. It will take you15 minutes walking to the convention centre.
It is a vast 2 bedroom apartment decorated with taste and high -end equipment.
The AC in the sleeping area is located in the hallway leading to the bedrooms.
The living room has a cosy TV area and a dining area where four people can share a tasteful meal, with aircon.
The two bedrooms are roomy and comfy and are equipped with double beds.
The splendid bathroom is fully tiled with white marble and is fitted with a shower and a bath.
Toilets are independent.
If you don’t have a car, it requires an effort to access the top of the Suquet. However, it is nothing compared to the quality of this apartment: Nice volumes, a tasteful decoration and a stunning view of Cannes and the sea.
