The booking price includes full electricity - incl. pool heat. No further fees will occur after booking.
Owners allow 1 non-shedding dog up to 40 lbs. Dog has to be pre-approved and pet fee applies

Enjoy a great vacation in our amazing and newly remodeled Blue Mermaid Villa. Minutes away from open water by boat and minutes away from great restaurants and entertainment by car – located in a quiet and well-kept cul-de-sac. This SW Cape Coral desirable neighborhood is perfect for some awesome morning walks and some nice bicycle tours.
The property has it all: a heated pool, a patio to relax and dine on, a nice dock to tie your boat to, brand new furniture, kitchen, and bathrooms, kayaks, fishing poles, bicycles, beach essentials, and so much more.
You can spend all day playing and swimming in your private pool or just relax poolside, read a good book and take in our Florida rays. In the evenings you can enjoy great BBQ dinners and of course some well-deserved drinks, watch the most beautiful sunsets and relish life.
The kayaks invite for some great tours through our canals. And, of course, you can rent a boat and discover our wonderful islands and beaches.
The huge and brand-new kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals.
All rooms have smart TVs.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, and the attached incredible bathroom has a his-and-her sink, and a huge walk-in shower.
One guest bedroom also has a king size bed, one is furnished with a queen size bed, and the third guest bedroom has 2 twin beds.
The two full guest bathrooms are also brand new. One guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination, the other guest bathroom/ pool bath has a walk-in shower.

Blue Mermaid Villa is located in a quiet and nice cul-de-sac street in desirable SW Cape Coral, close to shopping, dining, bars, and entertainment. Just a few minutes away are Tarpon Point and Cape Harbor. Both locations offer great restaurants, a little boardwalk, bars, shops, and live music.
Publix, Walgreens, more restaurants, sports bars, an ice crème place, and a gas station are just up the street. There are also multiple beautiful parks in a mile radius, a great Farmer’s market is about 5 minutes to the east, and about 10 minutes north of the property we have a movie theater and a bowling alley.

Lovely house in Cape Coral

Very clean and modern, as shown in the pictures. The check in process was very easy, just using the code provided. The kitchen was well equipped, although there was no electric kettle, which was a miss.

Perfect stay!

The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. Kitchen was very well stocked. Andrea and her team were very responsive for whatever we needed. The only thing to be careful of is the steps down to the water and the area around the pool. They were very slick. The steps down to the water were extremely slick and several of us fell. Great location and just a short drive to anything that we needed. Kids loved having the kayaks available.

Beautiful and spacious home!

This house was immaculate and was very spacious in accommodating our group of 8. There was enough space to cook, relax, and have a great time without being in each other’s way. A friend of ours rented the house 2 houses away as well so her kids and my niece had a great time fishing off the dock and were so excited when they caught fish, and they really enjoyed riding bikes around the neighborhood. The house was beautifully decorated and contained all the appliances and cookware you would need. The beds were comfortable there was a tv in every bedroom so that was a plus: I would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Rented this property for our 25th Anniversary and Thanksgiving with our college age kids and boyfriends. It was perfectly set up to accommodate all of us. I got my steps in cooking thanksgiving dinner with a beautiful and large kitchen. Even had visitors in the channel. Dolphins entertained us for a 1/2 hour. Highly recommend

Wonderful house, wonderful area!

Everything about our stay was perfect. There were enough towels, toilet paper, amenities that we didn't want for anything. The layout was nice and worked well for our family. We had person with a walker staying with us and it was very accessible for her to get around and shower with the zero entry shower.

Lovely, Spacious Home with Great Outdoor Space

This home was perfect for 3 couples and a baby for the week. The home was well appointed. The kitchen had all the things we needed, including a few spices and even cooking oil. The living spaces indoors and outside were comfy for the entire group. The house is in a lovely neighborhood, too, with groceries nearby and a great little sports bar (Duffy’s) too. The host, Andrea, was extremely responsive to all my questions. We would definitely stay here again & again. Loved our time here!

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, direkt am Kanal (Dead End). Die Küche war super gut ausgestattet. Den Betten sollten mal wieder neue Matratzen spendiert werden. Alle Zimmer hatten einen eigenen TV mit Streamingdienst. Leider konnte die Garage nicht benutzt werden, da schon ein Auto darin stand.
