Pool was very enjoyable! Overall the place was a pleasant stay. Kitchen was very nice and well equipped. Landscape was very beautiful really set the scene for relaxing by the pool. Maybe a bit too pet friendly? Dog poop in the yard and remnants of hair throughout. Host did offer to re-clean later in the stay but it should’ve just been clean to start.. Sand area was a bit of a let down, some dog poop in it and we couldn’t find the water turn on for the spigot plus no sand toys provided (flew in so we didn’t bring our own). Maybe not as family friendly for small children as described? Had no pack n play/ travel crib on site but the host thankfully did have one delivered the next day. Host seemed very receptive of all feedback and again overall stay was enjoyable!

Comfortable beach house in Cape Coral

Absolutely loved the house that we rented. It was very clean and was decorated with a beach theme. The outside patio (enclosed) had a heated pool (very nice), large sitting area, and a tiki bar. Also beach sand outside of it in one area with two lounges.Did not like the fact that there were no local channels to view the local news and watch our favorite programs. They also need some wine glasses, and more coffee cups and silverware. You have to keep washing them by hand or use the dishwasher very frequently.House was close to many good restaurants, less than 3 miles away and a couple in walking distance.

This property is for sale , property manager is putting next to no effort in keeping PROPERTY PROPER

First off the management company has Overcharged me … a lot !!! So we shall be dealing with that as they will NOT PICK UP PHONE …. Second the pool was not functioning properly. Every time I asked for assistance I was told 1) be patient 2) we are very concerned will fix this problem ( which they never did) 3) DIY fix it , Maureen property manager had me fixing heat , pump etc myself via text … she won’t even answer the phone … that’s not very respectful.
