This wonderful house is decorated in a beach themed style with tasteful furnishings allowing for a feeling of home and nothing to be missed during your stay. Tiki Paradise is a (3) bedroom, (2) bathroom Villa with a fully screened lanai, heated pool, and just minutes away from the best restaurants in Cape Coral! This home is clean, in a quiet neighborhood, and close to all local amenities. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs (with Netflix included) and Alexa alarm clock with speaker. Did we mention it has a brand-new Tiki Hut inside the Lanai!!! Cool off in the large pool and grab a drink under the Tiki…it’s always open. At night it’s under-lit with globe LEDs to provide a natural ambiance. Under the canopy is a long table with (8) high-top chairs so you can also enjoy dinner with your family and friends at night. It is also located just minutes from Cape Harbor (a luxury yachting community), and walking distance to the Marina. You can rent boats, book charters, and have a wonderful meal while you’re checking out the area.

This dog friendly home is equipped with a cozy bed, bowls and crate for your furry friend. (Two small dogs allowed, under 30lbs each)

Local Attractions:
The closest beach is Cape Coral beach, located on the Caloosahatchee River and is about 10 minutes away by car. The stunning gulf beaches such as Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel and Captiva Island are about a 30–40-minute car drive depending on traffic. You can also reach the beautiful gulf beaches by boat directly from the house which takes about 50 minutes.

Shopping:
Several supermarkets, many restaurants and bars are only a five-minute drive away. You can also enjoy beautiful waterfront dining at the Cape Harbor shops, just a five-minute drive from the house. It is also reachable by a 3-mile bike ride or by boat directly from the home.

House Features:
The indoor dining area has enough seating for (8) people. The patio dining set on the covered lanai and seats (8) people. Additional sofa seating is also located on the patio for an additional (6) guests with propane fire pit. You can also enjoy an after-dinner cocktail on our cozy patio lounge sofa adjacent to the pool with beautiful sunset views or grill a nice steak on the new stainless BBQ grill. The living room is equipped with a 70" LED Smart TV, includes Netflix, basic TV, an Alexa sound system, and DVD/Blue Ray player.

Kitchen:
The spacious and light-filled kitchen and open-concept living/dining rooms have stunning views over the pool and Tiki. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Enjoy your morning coffee on our kitchen bar or out on the patio. The kitchen has a Keurig coffee maker (please bring your own capsules), as well as a traditional dripping coffee maker.

Pool:
The pool is covered in sunshine late morning and all afternoon which helps keeping the pool warm. In addition, the pool has an electric pool heater and pool cover for the evenings and winter months.

Tiki "perfect" Paradise

Property is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and marina. The home was spotless upon arrival. Kitchen had every gadget imaginable. Furniture and beds were super comfortable. The pool area and tiki hut were enjoyed everyday. Plenty of linens and beach towels. The owners are the best! We've rented many homes and condos over the last 10 years, never have we had such caring owners. Property is exactly as portrayed in the pictures. See you again soon! 5++++

This property has everything you need. Great location to walk to grocery store and restaurants. House has excellent outdoor area. The pool did not disappoint. Beds were comfortable. Owners were wonderful to deal with. No complaints. 100% recommend.

Perfect home

Very good communication and experience with owners. Responsive, timely and accurate description of home and location, etc. Worked with owner to get pool warm and it was fixed immediately. Definitely recommend staying here and would rent again without hesitation.

Fantastic!

This home worked great for our family of six including four kids under eight years old. Very clean and welcoming. We planned on going to the beach more but ended up hanging out around the pool and tiki hut. Will definitely consider staying here again if we come back to this area.

Amazing home

First time renting a home through vrbo and it won’t be our last! Our experience was great from the moment we booked the rental to when we checked out. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had. The home was clean when we arrived and stocked with everything you could possibly need. Kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of dishes, appliances, etc. Bathrooms and bedrooms had towels, extra bedding, blankets. We had adults sleeping on the bunk beds and they were extremely comfortable! The pool/backyard was amazing and the neighborhood was very quiet. Within walking distance to a breakfast place, a few bars, gas station and grocery store. Coolers and beach chairs were provided which were nice to have for the beach days. Highly recommend booking this property in Cape Coral!!

Great Home Great Location!

Really enjoyed our two week stay in early February. Home was extremely clean and very welcoming. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Location was great and within a short walk to restaurants and stores. Loved the outdoor area and pool. Enjoyed having dinners outdoors under the Tiki hut. Lu and Martina were great hosts. Would definitely stay at this home again.

This property is wonderful….beautiful roomy house, fantastic location, quiet neighborhood, and awesome heated pool! The house was very nicely decorated, beds were comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked with kitchenware, pots/pans etc! We would definitely stay here again….close to shopping and restaurants as well!
