Other people staying there were gathering in the hallway being loud and obnoxious. Dogs continuously barking, kids crying and parents screaming at them. Night Clerk attempted to control the noise but it lasted 5 minutes.

You’re supposed to not have roaches and bedbugs

This place is a section 8 hotel with what appears to be permanent residents. The hallway smells of wet dog and cigarettes. The lobby bathroom was beyond filthy. The room microwave was dirty. The beds were sparsely accommodated and there was a hole in the mattress. I personally didn’t see roaches or bedbugs thank god but it’s a shame that I should even mention that because the place has a roach motel kind of feel to it. You get what you paid for. Red roof inn will never see me at their establishment again.

Staff was excellent very helpful, friendly, great customer service: The property is older so you understand the assignment. In the middle of town it’s near everything.

They first checked me into a room that already had someone staying it. Everything was filthy. I knew what I was getting when I booked a red roof in, but I needed a place to crash for one night. I should have slept outside. This is even lower quality than I expected and thats saying something since the bar was set so low you could trip over it

Whole third floor stunk of weed. Toilet ran all night, top of the tank was missing. Towels were stiff and scratchy. Blanket was paper thin. Chair was the victim of a bear attack. Despite the prominent sign welcoming pets, the clerk on duty was NOT pet friendly.
