Visitors are allowed only from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., adults only with valid ID.

After this time, visitors will be considered overnight guests with a fee of USD 100 per person per night.

Guest information must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in, as required by city regulations.

Keep noise levels moderate at all times, especially after 10:00 p.m.

No parties or events allowed that may disturb the neighbors.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
