Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests are required to pay a fee of 8,000 COP per person. This payment must be made in cash at the building's front desk. Please ensure you have the necessary amount for the number of people entering the apartment.

In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:

- ID number of each guest (Passport#, ID card, etc.).

- Estimated time of arrival



Pets are not allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, please note that additional charges will apply.



Guest details must be provided at least 48 hours before arrival to guarantee access to the building. Failure to do so may result in cancellation or relocation of your reservation.
