This property was amazing for my family group of 7 that was traveling together through Italy. There was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Maria was an awesome host. She is very communicative and super accommodating to us when our plans changed and we arrived early than anticipated. Highly recommended this property!

Best host ever!

There was 11 of us that stayed in Marias home. The location was perfect for the day trips that we had planned to Sorrento, Positano, Capri, Pompeii, and Naples. The home was centrally located and within 30-40 minutes of each destination. There was plenty of room for all of us, and each bedroom has its own bathroom which made getting ready very easy. Maria who owns the home is actually on the property, she is there if you need her or will give you your space. We utilized Maria everyday, she booked cars for us, booked excursions for us, made dinner reservations, ordered groceries for us and went above and beyond to assist us in every way possible. She really was amazing and our trip would not have been as smooth without her! We couldn't thank her enough for everything she did while we were there. I would highly recommend staying here, her customer service was above and beyond any other place we stayed. Thank you Maria!

An absolute gem

We had an incredible stay with Maria at villa panoramica, Nothing was too much trouble and we had lots of local assistance and knowledge which was very useful for everything from public transport to restaurants. Maria lives on the property so a text and she is there if you need her, but always giving us total privacy and never overbearing. The property has a multitude of bedrooms including the pool house with its own kitchenette and bathroom which our teen boys were delighted with. Would we recommend - definitely Would we come again - absolutely. Thank you Maria for a lovely holiday Poppy and Mark x

Family trip

Villa Panorama was the perfect location for our family of 12. We were there for only 4 nights but we wish we had stayed longer. Maria is the perfect hostess, she immediately felt like a member of the family! There was lots of space for us to spread out , 5 bedrooms, 5 baths, outside seating for meals, lounge chairs around the pool, perfection! Thanks, Maria, we miss you already!

Alloggio pessimo scarsa pulizia proprietari invadenti e menefreghisti assolutamente sconsigliato

Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane d'inferno in questa villa che, dall'annuncio ingannevole, pensavamo fosse a nostro uso esclusivo e invece non Ăš stato cosĂŹ. All'arrivo scopriamo che proprio accanto alla piscina c'Ăš una dependance abitata dalle figlie dei proprietari che appena ci vedono arrivare ci salutano e si rivolgono a noi in modo maleducato. Una delle 2 appena ci vede senza che nessuno le avesse detto niente si gira e ci dice infastidita della nostra presenza: "c'Ăš qualche problema?". Noi facendo finta di non aver capito lasciamo correre. I proprietari invece abitano al piano di sopra della villa che si Ăš rivelata essere un condominio. I proprietari hanno dei cani per i quali abbiamo fatto questioni piĂč volte perchĂ© spesso li lasciavano liberi e scendevano senza guinzaglio. Nel nostro gruppo c'erano persone che hanno paura dei cani e piĂč volte hanno rischiato l'infarto perchĂ© nonostante diverse volte avevamo chiesto di tenere i cani al guinzaglio le figlie scendevano con i cani sciolti che oltretutto defecavano nel giardino antistante la piscina. I primi giorni non abbiamo potuto utilizzare la cucina perchĂ© era infestata dalle formiche e dopo diversi diverbi con la proprietaria, che al nostro arrivo ha iniziato a spargere borotalco dappertutto, e dopo aver posizionato trappole, sale e borotalco in ogni angolo della cucina, del piano cottura, del lavello, dei mobili, siamo riusciti a limitare i danni. La cucina Ăš stato uno dei punti dolenti. Il frigorifero non raffreddava bene, il forno come la lavastoviglie erano incrostatissimi e maleodoranti. Nella cucina c'era un ripostiglio che abbiamo aperto una sola volta perchĂ© c'era una puzza di marcio che invadeva anche le altre stanze. I servizi pubblicizzati erano inutilizzabili come ad esempio la lavanderia, ubicata in una stanza comunicante con la cucina, che veniva utilizzata anche dai proprietari. Nella stanza lavanderia c'erano anche degli attrezzi per la palestra e al nostro arrivo la proprietaria ci chiede di non entrarci prima delle 10 perchĂ© il marito andava a fare palestra. Una sola volta abbiamo provato ad utilizzare la lavatrice ma abbiamo trovato dei panni all'interno. Il barbecue pubblicizzato Ăš una fornacella che a stento ci si puĂČ cuocere una sola fettina di carne ed essendo in 13 persone abbiamo dovuto acquistarne uno piĂč grande. Le docce non funzionavano bene. Un giorno si Ăš rotto un tubo della cucina e si allagata con una puzza di fogna che Ăš rimasta per 2 giorni Sconsigliatissimo

Perfect stay with an amazing view, near the most beautiful and cultural places in Italy

Last week we rented the villa with 12 girls and we absolutely loved it! Maria was the best host we could wish for. She was very kind and hospitable and was always available if we had any questions. With every activity we planned, she helped us and gave us useful tips. The atmosphere in the Villa and in Italy was very pleasant and relaxed. We decided to visit the Pompeii, Vesuvio and the Amalfi coast and everything was very closeby and easy to get to. The Villa itself was very spacious and clean. The garden was big with a lot of shade spots so dining in the garden was lovely. The pool was so much fun and perfect with the hot weather! Even though we were with 12 people, everyone was so happy with the vacation and we cannot wait to come pack to this place and to Maria! If you are looking for a relaxed and beautiful holiday with some cultural and nature activities closeby, we highly recommend this place!!
