The stay was a wonderful experience. The cottage was exactly as advertised. Communication with the owner was excellent. Our only regret was that we planned to stay only one night. We look forward to a return visit.

Cottage was good for the money. We are seniors who like a warm house, and the cold windy weather was hard to keep warm. Other than that it was very nice.

It was similar to its description. I do want to point out it was dirtier than I expected it to be. There was lots of dust and old food on the floor, more than I was comfortable with. I think it needed a more thorough cleaning than what I saw when I got there. Otherwise it fit the bill for a place to stay close to letchworth state park. Has a great view of the lake, spacious, cozy.
