Alles gut gelaufen

Wohnung sauber und in 3 Minuten am Meer. Supermarkt vom Campingplatz nur wenige Meter entfernt. Nur schade das man nach Jesolo in die Promenade die 400 m Luftlinie entfernt ist den ganzen Hafen ca. 3-4 km Umgehen muß....

Schöne Familienferien

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und ruhig. Nur wenige Minuten zum Strand. Auch sehr gut geeignet fĂŒr Venedig AusflĂŒge oder AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung. Wir haben unsere Ferien dort sehr genossen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wohnung liegt optimal in StrandnĂ€he, ca. 100m. Supermarkt fĂŒr den tĂ€glichen Bedarf gleich nebenan. Wohnung mit neuer KĂŒche fĂŒr 4 Personen sauber und gepflegt. FussgĂ€ngerzone von Lido di Jesolo schnell zu erreichen. FĂŒr den Besuch von Venedig ĂŒber den Hafen Punta Sabbioni optimaler Ausgangspunkt.

StrandnÀhe mit guter Erreichbarkeit der FÀhre nach Venedig

Gute Lage fĂŒr Strand- kombiniert mit Venedigurlaub. In der Umgebung sind bis auf eine Ausnahme höchstens zweistöckige GebĂ€ude und CampingplĂ€tze mit vielen BĂ€umen. Ganz anders das durch einen Fluss getrennte Lido di Jesolo... Venedig ist ein Traum und mit der FĂ€hre gut erreichbar. Kontakt mit Vermieter verlief problemlos. Als einmal die Heizung tropfte war er eine Stunde spĂ€ter da und hat sie repariert. Einrichtung ferientypisch aber gut und ausreichend. Lediglich einen Wasserkocher haben wir etwas vermisst. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Perfect for families

We stayed in the apartment for two weeks and we were very happy with it. It was clean and big enough for a family of four, especially the washing machine with a baby was very nice to have :). Carlo and Silvia are such great hosts and were very helpfull. Also that the apartment is located in a private area makes it not tourist. A nice place to stay :)

Very recommendable!

The Objekt was perfectly fine. Exactly how described. We were there with my boyfriend and his parents and the space was enough for us four grown ups. Everything was perfectly clean. Enough towels, kitchen was well sorted, there is also a washing machine (sometimes more needed than you might think). Location is more than great. Want to go to the beach?! 2 min! Want to buy groceries?! Around the corner! Want to go out/restaurant?! 5 minutes walk the „food mile“ Beginns. I would totally recommend this apartment. Maybe one little thing. An additional mirror in the bedroom would be nice :)

Wir haben uns in Carlos Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Der Strand ist zu Fuss in 2 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben die Wohnung in erster Linie gebucht, um von hier aus Venedig zu besuchen. Das hat auch wunderbar geklappt. Mit dem Auto braucht man ca. 20 Minuten bis zum Boot ab Punta Sabbioni nach Venedig. Die Wohnung war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und auch sehr sauber. Die Heizung hat einwandfrei funktioniert, so dass wir in den kĂŒhlen NĂ€chten nicht frieren mussten. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an unseren Gastgeber!

It was a nice and clean apartment with enough space for 4 :)

We had a nice week in Cavallino. Everything in the apartment was clean and looked nice in general. Thanks to the kitchen we could also cook for ourselves. I would recommend the apartment for people up to 4 if you prefer to have an apartment to beeing on a camping :)

Relaxing holidays at the beach in Italy

We found in Cavallino Treporti a really nice flat nearby the beach. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the nice sand beach. There are three private beaches for two camping areas and a hotel, and a moderate size public beach. As we stayed there in mid- September, there was almost no one at the beach. The flat is spacious and well-equipped, so we didn’t have to think about any routine issues. There is a plenty of dishes, pots, a frying pan, bed linen and towels, A/C, a washing machine and even a beach bag. The flat owner was very friendly. The area around the flat was really calm and quite, almost no traffic, only a few campers leaving. There are no bars or supermarkets in walking distance, only a pizza restaurant at one of the camping areas. We would recommend to stay in this flat only when you have a car available, because grocery stores are about 3 - 5 km away. Parking the car is very convenient, there is a private parking spot on the territory of the house. All in all, we would recommend the flat to everyone who wants a calm and relaxed stay close to the beach.

Wirklich schön und erholsam!

Die Wohnung war so sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und mit allem gut ausgestattet, wie es in der Beschreibung stand. Carlo ist ein sehr angenehmer Vermieter, der sich jederzeit um unsere Belange gekĂŒmmert hat und immer ein offenes Ohr fĂŒr Fragen hatte. Der kurze Weg zum Strand ist toll. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mit unseren 3 Jungs sehr genossen und planen bereits unseren nĂ€chsten Urlaub nach Cavallino.

Nice and clean apartment at a great location, needs some investment though.

The apartment is nice and clean and the contact person responds quickly. We had our apartment switched following reservation and the new flat had no WIFI although the original had one according to the HomeAway listing. As we could not find the original listing - no Internet! - we had no way to complain. The flat is well equipped - we did not check the air conditioning though. The kitchen was lacking some basic equipment: no wine or beer glasses (only minute water glasses), no corkscrew, no toaster etc. I subtracted one point because of this. The balcony is nice although there is no furniture to enjoy breakfast outside. Great location - the beach is at the end of the street, shops and restaurants are close by. All in all, a nice apartment that would need some minor investment to become perfect.
