"Very nice small hotel. Nice Cafe, staff was great, wonderful first and second story decks with fire pits overlooking the ocean. Be aware that there is a $25 resort charge and $30 parking charge added to your total once you check in. With the mandatory resort fee come some benefits that are nice though. You could try parking on the street to avoid the parking fee but street parking is limited and not convenient. We loved our stay here, it was the highlight of our trip to Pismo."

"It was a good and close place to stay if you want to stay close to the beach and town. 5 min walk to the pier and beach, hairdryer was not really working well, but shower was nice with handheld shower head. Room felt kind of humid after shower so keep windows open."

"The room was nice and the staff was helpful. The view was good. I would recommend getting the second floor so the view could be better I had room Number 7. The rooms were pretty clean just a little dust on the ac unit and back of the tv and the floors could have been mopped better. The only thing I didn’t like was when people would walk by they could see right in your room. Other then that me and my family were comfortable and enjoyed our stay."

"The highlight of the hotel was the staff and the location. The staff went of of their way to be helpful. The hotel is right next to an entrance to the beach. The air conditioning was good. The small breakfast was a nice surprise. They kept a broom in the closet to help manage the sand, and that small thing made a huge impact. The roll away bed was less than twin sized, but functional. Parking was tight, but we were able to find a space. It’s an older hotel, and the bathrooms made that evident. The water in the shower felt strange…almost slimy? Like you just put lotion on before getting in. The toilet struggled, clogging up a couple times, but resolving its own issue before we needed to call staff in. We had pizza delivered to the room, and the driver found us easily. The staff, cleanliness, and location made it worth the stay."
