Unfortunately the room was not as advertised. The hallway reeked of mildew and weed. No security to speak of (anyone could walk in and go up the elevator) and the bathroom and refrigerator were both dirty upon checkin. If it wasn’t so late when I arrived I would have canceled on the spot and took my chances elsewhere. Lesson learned

We accidentally left two bags of belongings in the room. We called an hour after leaving and they claimed that nothing was found. So sad, as this was $500 in souvenirs from our once in a life time trip.

This staff lied to us. My son was crying because there pool didnt open until 1pm. The front desk person said it would be open at 9am and then we were told no. The airport shuttle only runs during the day. I would give zero stars if possible

My first room i got smelled like wet dog. When we got to the second room the shade was broken off, the toilet was broken. I was only there for one night, but this is not a good hotel at all.
