Classic free breakfast. Expect that. Gets you started. Folgers coffee. Yuk! But hey… the price was awesome and had a spa and work out room that I didn’t use. Free shuttle to airport and park your car out back!

I was very disappointed to find out, I could not change the input on the television to HDMI. The guy at the front desk made up a poor excuse as why we could not do so. His attitude was not very welcoming.

First and foremost, shuttle service to and from IAD airport was great. What I most like about this hotel is people, which easily offsets any minor negative side (if any). This stay was flawless. Room was clean, nice bed, small fridge and microwave surely help me something to eat in the room. The only "hiccup" if you will that I encountered was a slight miscommunication. As I stayed from New Year's Eve to the New Year's Day, the receptionist said that there was no breakfast buffet. But, when I checked out, it was opened! Again, not a big deal; but, I could take advantage of it if I had known when I checked in. Nonetheless, I am going to stay again as I have a business around this area once every half year. Thank you very much!

The room had absolutely NO heating/AC/fan available. No thermostat in room, and the wall HVAC unit was non-functioning. Empty water bottle was left on the desk--made us wonder about housekeeping. Headboard obviously well-worn, carpet stained, furniture too well worn. Towels thin and had threads hanging. Too little seating in the breakfast area -- even at 9:00 it was overfull and we had to sit in the lobby with overstuffed silly looking bears taking up room, presumably as Christmas decorations. Would never recommend, will never stay there again.

The room was out of date, couldn’t open the window curtains cuz it wasn’t working, no housekeeping the whole time we were there even after I was told to request before 12pm and when I did at 10 am, it was changed again to request b4 8 am because their schedule was full and the were going to bring towels and wash clothes but even that never happened not even the trash was taken out. As for amenities, please add some USB plugs in the rooms to keep up with times and a bigger microwave. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
