We enjoyed the location and ease to get around the neighborhood. The space was nice though a bit smaller than it seemed online. The management was helpful in holding our bags for awhile after checkout.
Property is a little smaller than appears in the photos, but worked perfect for my wife, 7yr old, and myself. Shower is tight so having younger children that need help bathing could be a challenge. Unit was a little humid, but we ran the bathroom fan combined with the a/c on a low setting and that helped quickly. Parking is off street, but larger vehicles may need extra maneuvering. I would definitely rent it again, the location is removed just far enough away from constant noise, but still close enough to walk to a lot of Charlestons sights. Excellent bagel shop right around the corner and MeSu restaurant was a highlight less than a block away.
Everything was new and clean! The property could not be any better as far as location. Our daughter is going to CofC in the fall and we will be booking this again in the future for sure!!
Parking is easy and convenient. They graciously allowed for an early check in and left us some wine as a gift. Very nice. Easy getting around Charleston. Property is near King St. It is a bit of a walk to get downtown, Took us about 30 min. Very much liked the outdoor seating area, wish it was nicer out to take full advantage of it.Water takes awhile to heat up...it will, be patient.
The location of the rental was perfect. Every thing was spotless. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. It was great having our own parking spots. Owners could not have been more accommodating! Only downside was the construction going on two blocks away with a pile driver operating eight hours a day. Upstairs renters were very loud but fortunately for only one night. I would still recommend this rental, the pros far outweigh the cons.
Great stay! Fantastic location with 2 off street parking spaces is unheard of in Charleston. Clean, comfortable and cozy as described. Communication was immediate and check in was super easy. Will definitely look to book again when we're back in town!
The host was welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and things were well maintained. Very nice shower in spite of a small shower stall. It was in a nice neighborhood within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, coffee, cultural interests
Our stay here was great. Host was very communicative. The location was walkable to pretty much everywhere downtown and was a safe area. We would definitely book this apartment again! The included parking spot was a HUGE plus. We didnt move our car the entire time we were there.
