Not a great value for the price

Not a great value for the price. There are better options in a mile radius for $50 less a night. The photos are AWESOME compared to the reality of the hotel, even after you get over the awful curtain choice that makes every room look like a murder scene (it’s worse at night from the outside). We had a bug in the shower, which wasn’t a huge issue. The water never really got hot. The room had badly red stained carpet adding to the “murder mansion” vibe as my kids said. Many many needed updates or paint (bathroom was disasterous with missing grout, shower bar had cracked the tile and wasn’t repaired, they just moved the bar), one of the shelves was ripped off our shower stall too and just left removed. Ceiling was cracked and sagging at the edges. Our ac housing was ripped off the unit and just shoved back on, but the ac was creating a puddle inside, soaking the carpet. There isn’t enough space between the bed and the wall to move around the bed so it’s hard to get in/out, when they’re ridiculously high off the ground too (I’m tall and you have to hitch a leg up to climb up onto the bed). Very noisy neighbors you could hear through the walls. And literally ZERO parking after a certain time at night. Overall I would choose other options next time.

All the staff working the front desk - awesome, easy doing and i was able to joke with them. Also the lady doing breakfast - once again very sweet.

Spent 7 nights at this hotel. The first night we noticed a stain on the sheet with a chunk of food. we asked them to change the sheets and they said the next service would be every 2 days... that didn't happen until the night before we left. The pool was closed the entire time as nobody showed up to maintain it and there were junkies doing drugs on their neighboribg properly. The lady that served breakfast was wonderful though.
