Easy breezy check in with a lovely clerk at the front desk. The lobby was clean and the whole place smelled fantastic. Room was very spacious and spotless. Excellent location. Wasn’t my first visit and definitely won’t be my last!

For a 4 or 5 star hotel with the amount that is charged for a stay the pillows and bed i am rating a 2.

We arrived late. The room was not cleaned properly. Extra blanket was used and kept out balled up. The bed skirt was very messy tucked into the mattress. The bathroom soap was not replaced and left was a used soap in the dish for us. The hanging hand towels in the bath looked used. If I wasn’t so tired and late in the evening we would have requested to move rooms. We did not come down for breakfast. We did get a mock at 9:30 from housekeeping checking to see if we were still in our room too.
