The bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, complete with a built-in shower seat for added comfort. The living room includes a queen-size sleeper sofa, making it easy to accommodate additional guests.

The open-concept living space offers a convenient kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge, two-burner stovetop, and microwave—ideal for preparing light meals. With seating for up to five guests and the cozy ambiance of a gas fireplace, the living area is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

Location was great. There is no window in the bedroom. The unit itself had an off odor, kind of musty. The fireplace worked but would not stay lit. We would stay at the Edgewater again, but in a different unit. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

The location is lovely. We really enjoyed the view out our patio overlooking the canal. It's fun to watch the boats go by. That being said, the unit is somewhat dated, very dark furnishings and decor. As some others mentioned, it has a musty smell. Nothing we couldn't adjust to, but when you first walk in, it's overwhelming. It definitely could use a refresh.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was so easy and effortless, from booking to checkout. The was plush, very clean and well maintained. The staff was exceptional with great communication throughout. Will definitely stay here again.

Facility needs improvement and attn to detail

Room 239 at the Edgewater is nice. It was clean. Bed and furniture were comfortable. The chairs on the deck are falling apart and need to be replaced. The fireplace did not work. Pillows piled up in closet made it hard to store our clothing. Clock on wall needs a battery. Edgewater itself was lacking. Hot tub was not working. Fireplace and/or hot tub would have been so nice on one of the mornings, which was cold and rainy. No maid service one of the days even when asked for, so no clean towels, etc. Excuse: We are short staffed.

The property was really nice. Very clean and the pool, sauna and jacuzzi were amazing! Our condo overlooked the harbor and it was beautiful. Very comfy bed as well. Will be returning.
