Comfortable, affordable rooms. Older style sink and tub. King bed, very comfortable and clean. Couch was okay but not very comfortable. Will stay here in future !

The hotel is definitely subpar. The hall way carpets are dirty, rooms are out dated. My tv couldn’t access Netflix… etc. walls are thin as I could hear my neighbors and their nonsense all night.

Breakfast was advertised, even signage in the elevators but the front desk staff said they did not do breakfast. I have no idea when they last cleaned the carpets throughout, but they were filthy. In our room we were sold a 2 queen bed room and it was 2 doubles, the carpets were dirty. The pillows were terrible and the bed linens consisted of 2 sheets and a thin blanket. Would not ever stay at a Sonesta again.

Very unsafe place. While sitting in our car, someone’s window was busted out of their car. People just standing outside looking like trouble. The bathtub wouldn’t drain. We ended up leaving because we felt unsafe.
