Welcome to Elm Suites! Located on the second floor of our building with your own private outdoor entrance, this bright and thoughtfully designed space offers comfort, convenience, and modern style for your stay.

The suite features an open-concept layout with all the amenities you need to feel right at home. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for two—perfect for morning coffee or a quick meal.

Relax in the cozy living area with a smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi. A pullout sofa (double size) provides additional sleeping space if needed.

The bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, dresser, and closet for your belongings, creating a restful retreat at the end of the day. The bathroom includes a stand-up shower and vanity, with a complimentary washer and dryer conveniently tucked away for your use.

Additional features include air conditioning for your comfort, free parking in the rear lot, and a strong commitment to cleanliness—we take great pride in maintaining a fresh, welcoming space for every guest.

L'appartement est tel que présenté sur VRBO. Tout était parfaitement propre et confortable. Le voisinage est paisible et l'appartement est situé à seulement une dizaine de minutes à pied du centre-ville de Charlottetown.Tout y était pour un séjour sans tracas. Fantastic

TrÚs bien situé, au centre-ville et prÚs de tout, l'appartement est exactement tel que décrit dans l'annonce. Il est surtout trÚs propre et offre toutes les commodités essentielles pour un court ou long séjour. Mais ce qui rend cet endroit si spécial ce sont toutes les petites attentions que les propriétaires ajoutent pour rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable, tels que des brosses à dents et dentifrice, serviettes de plage, produits nettoyants, etc. Merci Kelli. Mais par-dessus tout, la gentillesse des propriétaires et leur disponibilité font en sorte que notre visite à Charlottetown est mémorable. Si un jour on y retourne, il est évident que nous resterons là et nous le recommandons sans aucune hésitation à toute personne recherchant un endroit propre, sécuritaire et surtout trÚs accueillant.

Kelli was an absolutely amazing host. The property was fantastic. Spotless, tons of amenities, and it was only a 6 minute walk to downtown Charlottetown! Being outside the core also meant that sleeping was incredibly peaceful. Overall, my partner and I have decided that this will be our summer rental from here on out!Don’t miss out on this stay. Fantastic Suite

This suite is beautifully decorated and has loads of extras like toothbrushes, deodorant etc for those that forget anything they need. There were beach towels in the closet along with sand toys as well. Upon entry you are greeted with a bottle of wine and some snacks on the kitchen island. The fridge had water, drinks and a snack. The closet in the bedroom is huge with extra pillows and a blanket as well as lots of hangars. Conveniently located near amenities and walking distance to downtown. The hosts are a wonderful couple who are knowledgeable about the area and willing to make suggestions for dining and other activities. Be sure to pop into their store downstairs to have a chat. They are kind and very willing to accommodate your needs. There is a cute little duck in the bathroom which we have taken on a journey. So many finishing touches in this suite that deserve recognition as an exceptional place to stay in Charlottetown. We would definitely come back and recommend this place to anyone.

Wonderful home-away!

We have enjoyed a terrific "off=season" mini holiday in this beautiful Province. Our hosts were so helpful, and the apartment was perfect, well appointed, very clean, and very convenient to both the city of Charlottetown and getting to airport, and other areas of the province.

Home away from home

PEI VRBO Oct 2022

We were a group of 3 adults from Manitoba in PEI for the U15 Soccer Nationals. This property was conveniently located for the games at UPEI as well as restaurants within walking distance. They have one bedroom and a queen size hide-a-bed. We bought groceries and cooked breakfast and lunch in the apartment. The apartment was very modern and beautifully decorated. The hosts went above and beyond and made us feel very welcome. We were able to check-in early and check-out late since it worked out for their schedule as well. They responded to any questions very quickly. Overall we would give a five star rating and definitely would return in the future.
