This beautiful Waterfront Loft Condo is located right on the Charlottetown Waterfront. You can sit on the balcony, with its unbelievable view and watch the sailboats and cruise ships sail by.

It is located right next to the Charlottetown Yacht Club where you can dine, shop, or just relax and enjoy all the Waterfront has to offer.

The "Boardwalk" is located right outside the condo door taking you on a unique walking experience to many fun things that the downtown Charlottetown area has to offer.

It is located only two blocks, a five minute walk, from famous Victoria Row and its entertainment area with many shops.

Getting Around:

Getting around is easy from our Waterfront Loft! We offer free onsite parking for your convenience. The Charlottetown Airport (YYG) is approximately a 10-minute drive away. For those preferring public transit, local bus routes are available nearby, providing access to various parts of the city. The Confederation Bridge is about a 15-minute drive, offering easy access to the mainland. Walking is also a great option, with many downtown attractions, shops, and restaurants within easy reach.

Please note that the unit is located on the third floor and is only accessible via stairs. There is no elevator in the building. We appreciate your understanding.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Charlottetown. The unit has a terrific view of the harbour. It is also adjacent to old Charlottetown and close to a myriad of restaurants, bars and shopping.

Great location! Very close walking distance to shops and restaurants but on a quiet part of the way street. Easy jumping off point to explore the island. Just as pictured on the site, kitchen was well stocked with dishes. So nice to sit on the deck every morning and drink coffee and enjoy the view. Host was very responsive.

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at this VRBO multiple times, and it never disappoints! The property is always spotless and very well maintained, which makes every stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked - perfect for cooking or even baking if you like to stay in and enjoy a cozy night.The location is another huge plus. It’s conveniently close to a variety of great restaurants, so you have plenty of dining options just minutes away. And the water view? Absolutely stunning. It really adds something special to the whole experience.This has become one of our go-to places, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again!

Great location. Amazing potential! The property appears that it was listed on VRBO before renovation work was completed. Another coat of paint, drywall repair, and some furniture touch up could easily bring this property to a 5. I truly hope the management company does this in the unit and the common spaces.

directions were clear and accurate, would like info before noon day of check in (Had to find internet somewhere to access the info on my laptop) view was not as pictured on line. The full huge picture window we expected was a door and 2 small windows. The balcony was a good surprise with wide view. might check salt and toaster for next guest,otherwise the kitchen was well stocked and served us well when eating in. Charlottetown and PEI were diverse and we loved every part of it.
