"Everything good exceptional except the fact that at 1.30am when i wanted to check i was told i havent paid whilst it was a prepaid reservation. I was given absurd rates there and then after a bundle of arguments the receptionist brought out a paper with a lady's name on top which i had to point out. It was someone elses booking that he was fetching he didnt read my name properly and mistook it for some other lady's name who had an unpaid booking. Disrespecting and disappointing. "

"A very clean, nice place with everything we need to visit Banff. The host was excellent with her communication. Distance to Banff is about 30-35 minutes and Lake Louise about 1 hour so a bit of a distance for a lower price. We are very happy with our stay."
