Our unit is located in the Bow Valley Corridor, 7 mins from Canmore and 11 mins from Banff Park gates. Our condo offers a Full kitchen, Living room, Dining area, Patio, AC, Wifi, Fireplace, 3 large flatscreen TVs, brand new in-suite laundry, and indoor heated parking. Our suite is located on two floors, and steps away from the hot tub, fire pit and BBQ area. Billiards and the gym is just an elevator ride away. Our place is family friendly. Ski hills are a short drive away as well as tons of hiking, biking and kayaking.

Inside:
• The main floor of this corner unit has lots of room for entertaining or relaxing by the fire.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans and cutlery for you to prepare your own meals (food and condiments are the responsibility of the guests).
• The living room has a sofa convertible to a queen-sized bed, a cozy electric fireplace, and a smart TV with Amazon Prime, and cable TV.
• Please note there are no bathrooms on the main level.
• Upstairs there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
• The master bedroom has a king bed with a full ensuite, TV, as well as lots of storage in the closet and dresser. The other bedroom also has a king bed, TV, and lots of storage in the closet and dresser.

Outside:
• A spacious patio allows you to relax and enjoy the views of Grotto Mountain as well as a nice patch of green space for the kids or dog to play.
• Many walking trails are nestled around the condo complex. Walk down to the beautiful pigeon creek and Bow River 5 minutes away.

Extras:
• We are child friendly. Please feel free to use the pack and play pen and highchair to make your stay feel more like home!
• There is a gas station (with a great coffee selection and baked goods) and a great little cafe/restaurant within walking distance of our unit!
Guest access
• Guests have full access to the entire condo and patio.
• Heated underground parking available and a locker for storage of outdoor gear.
• There is an outdoor hot tub, communal BBQ and fire pit area, and fitness center.

Other things to note
• Complimentary use of our Canada Park Pass that must be returned before leaving the unit after your stay.
• All bedrooms and bathrooms are located up a flight of stairs on the second level.
• Quiet time is 10 pm - 7am. Please be respectful of your neighbors and our home!
• This is a non-smoking unit. Please no smoking or vaping (tobacco or cannabis) in the unit or anywhere near the common areas (hot tub, firepits, etc.) Damage deposit will be forfeited.
• Check the binder in the condo on places to visit and other useful information.
• Check in after 4:00 pm and checkout is on or before 11:00 am.
