Rooms were not very clean, the microwave was gross. Spot cleaning the walls would be a good idea. Lots of baseboards that were wrecked. Parking was a pain when only one vehicle could park in the parking lot. Great location though.

I had a wonderful stay at Basecamp Canmore. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable getaway. The location is perfect—close to trails, restaurants, and downtown Canmore. The staff were friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

I chose to stay here as they have a rooftop hot tub. When I tried to use the hot tub the door was locked - and the front desk told me it had been out of service for a couple of weeks. At no time during booking was there any word said about this - and I didn't see any signs or notices anywhere on the premises. They did give me a 20% discount on the stay but it's pretty frustrating as if I had known I would have stayed elsewhere. The front desk tried to help and offered to let me use a hot tub at a different location - but that isn't very practical. Otherwise the room was very good and clean.
