Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Pharos. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The staff was very kind and helpful, especially since I was traveling with my little one. They happily supported small requests like hot water and boiling sweet potatoes etc. The on-site restaurant, Vivaha Bhojanambu, serves delicious food and the service there was excellent. Highly recommend!

Very Poor breakfast service

The breakfast service was very poor. You won’t be seated on time, and the tables are not clean. You’ll wait ages for food, and sometimes it never arrives (this happened when I asked for tea, which never came). Only two staff members were trying to handle around 30 people at once. I complained at reception, but the next day was exactly the same.
