The Leela Palace Chennai is probably the best hotel I’ve ever been to. Not only are the facilities world class, but the effort they make to ensure their guests feel at home and special is second to none. Ajit the concierge ensured that everytime I was in the lobby, he’d personally greet me and ensure all was ok. All transport was arranged swiftly and if there was anything we needed assistance with, he was available in heart beat. Ratan, our private butler - was always there to support us and our young family’s needs and Jayesh the head chef made our experiences at the buffet all the more memorable. Put simply, they just treat their guests with the utmost respect and kindness and make them feel completely at home. I’m going to miss the Leela but can’t wait to be back
